Customer service did not know enough Product for Samsung only

Had to ship to samsung . It was working great for 3 weeks.

I am seriously torn about the Gear Fit 2. I am a long time Fitbit user and a big Samsung fan. I love the fact that I can read and respond to my texts, listen to music while I work out, and track my caffeine and water using Gear Fit 2. I can also set a timer! (Yay!) The heart rate tracking, step tracking, sleep tracking, and alarm are on par with the FitBit, so I have no complaints there. I am disappointed in the stair tracking. I can walk up 5 flights of stairs and the Gear Fit 2 will stay at 0 while my Fitbit usually gives me credit for all 5. Also, the Gear Fit 2 does not sync with any of my fitness apps so it loses points there, too. Having the GearFit 2 constantly linked to my phone uses up a lot of battery and I find myself having to charge it daily. I also had a lot of trouble with the Spotify App. I would recommend this to a friend who is not concerned about the app integration and just wants a simple tracker that does a lot of great stuff.

I will take it back to the store and find out what went wrong.

The watch never was able to be connected to the phone.

It's a run of the mill soft rubber case. very overpriced

I like it and it works good. The battery last forever.

GOT THE FIT2 AND USED IT FOR FEW MONTHS, THEN THE STRAP OF THE WATCH BROKE DOWN, LOOKED FOR THE STRAP BUT CAN'T FIND ONE. KEPT IT IN THE POCKET FOR FEW WEEKS BUT THEN THROW IN THE DRAWER AND ULTIMATELY IN THE GARBAGE. TOTAL WSTE OF MONEY.

To see my heart rate number, I had to press and wait for the device to calculate. The device will only calculate accurately if I stand still. How can I stand still when I am on the treadmill? It needs improvement.

The item worked great but bad design on wrist band kept popping off til it finally broke the glass face of the Samsung - Gear Fit2 Fitness Watch + Heart Rate and that is not under warranty

I have it a couple of weeks now, last week it started shutting itself off and today i got the white screen of death. I will warranty it tomorrow. It is a good product, i think I just got a defective unit.

Thought it was great still the sensor cover came off in my had when i was wiping it off. Samsung support was rude and useless. I have everything Samsung will be looking for a different brand now.

I've replaced it twice and am planning on taking the third one back this weekend. Luckily I got warranty on each one. They work for a few days and then completely shut down.

If the user has any type of fitness experience everything that its asserting it does can be done easily without the equipment. Its also limited in its overall fitness use

Very disappointed with wristband. Had it less than a month and lost it due to poor design, just fell off. The actual gear is great. But they need to make a better band.

Don't waste your money buying this, I like it at first but it kept opening, one day i was going to work and it fell off my wrist. The locking mechanisms sucks

Because of the poorly made clasp, this Christmas present I bought for my husband was lost within a week. It came unfastened and fell of his wrist.

I had the Surge, the Blaze, Forerunner 235 and Vivofit HR... I returned all of them... I loved the Blaze but it wasn't waterproof, the Surge I've had several times and had moisture issues... the Forerunner was MEH and Vivofit HR was alright... but the screen sucked... for the price and what you get, sure it won't last you 6-7 days of battery life, but for the look, feel and gorgeous screen... I am willing to sacrifice a few days less... notifications are awesome and did I mention the screen is just absolutely gorgeous... I wore my Surge while working out with this and it captured almost the same exact data... I highly recommend you get this... I pair it up with my Samsung S7 Edge! Perfection!!!

The fourth or fifth time I put the watch on, the strap broke. I'll be going back to Best Buy in a day or two to see what they have to say, and what they will do.
