Great non smart watch/smart watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This "fit bit" like device by Samsung is an awesome alternative to a full out smart watch for those fitness minded people out there. Works as a basic smart watch with time and notifications from your phone but is mainly centered around registering step count and heart rate.

Good watch a lot of watch faces to choose from
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it is a good watch by design there are a lot of watch faces to choose from for every day of the week, the only thing I found it that it might some time over calculate you steps or floor climbed if you go up in an elevator. Heart beat is accurate too. Overall a good watch.

Battery life issue
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The watch is fun. Have the ability to change faces to mix things up a bit. Has a few flaws though: has me riding a bike when I'm driving, doesn't count floors properly (I went 15 floors while driving in hilly area) and weather app updates and app will kill battery.

Purchased as Gift
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a watch for my son that would be diversely functional. This watch is a good blend of smartwatch and fitness tracker. It is very nicely designed and sturdy but fashionable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the messaging functionality could be better.

good fitness watch, and general watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first "fitness" watch I have had. It works well at the gym or on the track. The only downside is that it is not waterproof. If I am swimming or surfing it will not work. There are no waterproof fitness watches I have found, so this one is as good as any other...

Fitbit What?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tizen is so much better than Fitbit or Garmin OS! Much more user friendly. Also, the screen is full color and your notifications are displayed in full (unlike the Charge 2 where i had to go to my phone to read most texts). This thing is ultra lightweight (you can barely feel it) and the battery lasts me two full days (even though I receive hundreds of email notifications each day). Definitely recommend!

For the price its a great item!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got mine for $150, which for a smart watch/fitness band that isnt bad. I can control my music, it sends me notifications via Bluetooth like instagram, snapchat, email, text msg, and then when someone calls me. Thats the primary reason I bought it. I can also reply using preset text msg on my watch without having to go get my phone. Its comfortable too, i like the way it sits on my wrist and doesnt slide around.

Great Band
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good fitness band with some smart watch features. Only issue I had was the counting of floors. That is very inaccurate, but that is something I care to track so no real issue for me. Very comfortable to wear. Screen in bright and crisp. No real complaints.

Bought this one for hubby
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My hubby bought me mine for xmas so I returned the favor for his birthday. Mine is worn every day and I love it and the app that goes with it. The only slight problem is it only has a couple of days battery life if it is being used to connect to a phone as well.

Great Fitness Tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tracker is great. It tracks and does so much more than other brands. The app syncs without any issues. There are a few glitches in the calorie count but it corrects itself by the next day. The battery life is not good and needs to be charged daily.

Phenomenal watch
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this watch for over 2 years now and it's still going strong. It's gone with me all over the world in varying climates and the worst thing that's happened is the watch band gave out. I would recommend replacing the band with one that has a regular watch latch. The one it comes with doesn't always have the best hold.

Good Watch like the orignal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The watch has many of the same features as the original Gear Fit with one glaring exception, battery life. The Gear Fit would last 5-6 days between charges, where the Fit 2 lasts 2-3. Other than that, it shows emails, texts and calls as well as tracks activity.

Great for my Needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first smartwatch I have a fitbit which is very basic. I love the fact that I don't' have to take my phone out to look at calls or text anymore. It has basic responses which are pre populated which are appropriate the majority of the time. If it's not a great reply message I just pull out my phone and respond so it really not a big deal for me. It has a great bluetooth range and pairs easily with my S7 Edge. Battery last around 2 days on average and charges quickly. I also love the find my phone feature and I have used it several times. If you work out the band will come off if you are not careful. Only happen to me one time so I am thinking I will buy another band to make sure it's secure on my wrist.

The Gear2 is the perfect fitness watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is so much to love about the Samsung Gear Fit 2. I was very excited to find out that it had GPS built in to the watch and could use it to track my running. There are two things that I primarily look for in a watch. 1) that it has GPS built in, and 2) that it can play music. I've used the MotoActv, the Sony Smartwatch 3, the Moto 360 Sport, and now this Gear Fit 2. The Gear Fit 2 is an awesome watch

Cool Watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think the features are awesome. I like having the ability to see my text messages (and other notifications) without having to take my phone out of my pocket. That comes in handy in the car or during meetings. The alerts that remind me that I have been sitting too long or that I have reached my daily goal of steps, calories, and other fitness goals are awesome and makes a person feel good about themselves.

Not so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received the GearFit2 as a gift. By the time I realized that it doesn't really work for me, it was too late to return. Pros: E-mail notifications. Text message and calls decline message options (short messages already "prerecorded"). Cons: Battery life is too short, not accurate on steps and exercise. Too bulky. It shows in the description that you can answer phone calls, however when you choose the "answer" option for a call, it says "Please check you phone". So basically this is a useless. Overall I do not recommend it. Better get something from the Fitbit brand, much better.

Excellent companion for fitness enthusiasts.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Samsung Gear Fit2 is a great way to track basic health related activities. One of the endearing features is being able to activate the screen by a flick of the host wrist. It does not have to replace a current watch, as both fit the wrist in tandem very nicely. The Gear Fit2 is very intuitive in operation. I recommend it not only for fitness enthusiasts but also for casual health conscious individuals.
