Love this watch because my son can read my text messages without pulling his phone out in class. Very convenient

After years of NOT wearing anything like a watch, I didn't know how I would like this. It has taken some getting used to but it is growing on me. If you want a computer on your wrist this one is very nice.

I looked at a lot of fitness watches for a much higher cost but this one seemed to have all the features I wanted and great ratings for less money. Have had it for about a year now and am still glad I went with this one. Having GPS and WiFi built-in are extra bonuses. A great watch and more.

Compared to the current Fitbit, this is much nicer. This paired nicely with my Samsung phone and the Gear software. My only gripe is that I have to charge it every day. Battery life could be better...

Bought in Nov 2017. The battery, with all features on, won't last more than a day. (Maybe three days max. with all power consuming features disconnected). The dock charger frequently failed to charge, two dots on the watch should touch two pins on the dock, but quickly became faulty, needed several intents to connect. The strap lock is very soft and frequently opens. The strap connections to the watch body began to break after this first year. Features are good, but overall, there are better products than this one.

I got this Gear fit to track my runs. It's done its job, and more. I like that I get notifications on there too. My only complaint is that the battery life is sub par. But I've learned to manage it better by using the Power Saving feature at night when I'm asleep. Overall, I like it and I'm glad I made the purchase!

Overall, the watch was great. Had to get a new band early on; but that was a minor issue. It did finally give up the ghost after over 2 years of service. I'd recommend to others. :)

I do not like to take off this watch. The sleep monitoring, staying active monitor, workouts, music control feature, Pulse monitoring. Love it. I don't want to sleep longer than 6 hrs, I watch my pulse outside of working out if I get upset....I don't have to use my phone to change the song or to see what is playing.

I bought the Gear Fit 2 to replace a Microsoft Band 2 that died. I was bummed that the Microsoft band was no longer available so I began a search for what would be equivalent. I came upon the Gear Fit 2 which had most of the functionality of the Microsoft Band 2. I have come around to really like the Gear Fit 2. The phone App is OK - still like Microsoft's app better but it does most of what I want. The wrist band on the Gear Fit 2 is not good. You have to push a pin through a hole punched in the rubberized band which is sometimes difficult. Then just about anything that rubs across your wrist tends to open the band. I have caught it dangling when pulling a long sleeved shirt on. Luckily I noticed before it fell off. This has happened on multiple occasions so I try to be wary when anything rubs across my wrist. My only other complaint is the lack of an IOS app. Come on Samsung - I know Apple is your arch enemy but face it, a lot of your customers use Apple products. I would prefer to use the app on my iPad which has a bigger screen. The eyes aren't what they used to be ;-)

Bought this watch on sale for tracking fitness. Love the notifications,I could just check on watch and don't have to pull out my phone. Also read and answer texts, and able to store music on watch.

Interesting piece of equipment. I do not care for the interface with the Samsung Fit app- password issues. I do like the instant assessment from the watch of heart rate reading and steps taken.

I got this as a free gift for purchasing the Note 7 and I actually love it. It works and feels great! It has a lot slimmer profile than many fitness trackers out there. I really like the fact that the watch can track your GPS info for a workout even if you're away from you phone! This is very useful. Would recommend.

It records steps, distance, heart rate, sleep, exercise and provides different face types for the watch. All is good, however, the battery life could be better. I need to charge it every other day.

The watch had some great features. I like being able to change the watch faces as i pleased. The only drawback is the battery life. 2 1/2 days which is a little shorter than other ones i have had.

Actively monitors heart rate when it knows you're exercising. Buzzes when you have a phone call, even when your phone is muted. It froze twice...unknown why. Wish I could SCUBA dive with it...

Works like 98% of the time and the other 2% it freezes until I reset it. Also the band comes undone often so will be getting a new band online. Other than that, pleased with this product.

Tracks my steps and workouts, syncs with my phone for Spotify and other music, I can see my emails from both my hotmail and gmail accts, I get notifications from many apps - facebook, messenger, etc, I get text messages and can even reply with pre-set replys (I'm in a mtg...etc.). Just what I was looking for.

I get a little a little flustered when I have to go thru more than two steps in order to access a feature on any product. That being said, I LOVE this fitness tracker. All I have to do is charge it, put it on and get into my daily activities. It automatically recognized when I start a new activity, when I am inactive, and when I am asleep. If I want to track my water or coffee intake for the day I can do it quite simply from my wrist. If I want to track my calories the app is simple and easy to use with a great search feature. The only thing I would change would be the way the wrist strap fastens, it needs to be more secure. On several occasions the strap has come loose.
