Overall, the product meets my expectations. I chose the pick up in store and was informed someone contact me. No one ever did and when I sent to the store they did not have it ready and had to use my online receipt to fill my order. I lucked up because I paid for an "open box" but got a brand new one. The product works and there are no problems. I do wish is been sent warranty I information by mail since the store could not give me anything due to the purchase being online.

I love this item. I had a Fitbit prior and I like the Gear Fit so much more. Easy to use and fun to change the face.

The watch works well. Connects to phone easily. Makes checking notifications really easy! No need to pull out phone.

The watch and it's features are great. I'm constantly aware of my general fitness status. The negative aspect of the watch it's hard to keep on your arm. The band constantly popping a loose. Scratch the face from band coming unfastened without notice.

I upgraded to this. I had a jawbone UP 2. This does so much more and I love how I can view everything on my wrist.

This watch has more features and has a colored display. The only negative I find is the wrist strap easily detaches.

This smartwatch is a perfect starter watch for anyone looking to upgrade their fitness level. The band is light, easy on the wrist and very durable. The only problem I had was the music player. Was unable to link playlists from Google where most of all my music is stored. All in all, great tracker.

I really like this watch better than the Fitbit I previously used, didn't really like, and then gave away. When a text message comes through, you are able to see the sender and part if the message (not any attachments) and I see who is calling me. I typically charge it either for an hour or so while I am winding down at night or before I leave for work in the morning. Best Buy will occassionally have them on sale and you will not regret the purchase.

I LOVE the gear fit 2. I adore that little device. I've had a few since they came out. First one was great, but the screen cracked and I got it replaced. Second one had a problem with the barometer, so it miscounted floors really badly. It said that I climbed like 200 floors. Exchanged that and got a new one that worked for over a year and then the battery held about 10 hours of life. Then my new one had the problem with the barometer. I've had it with the problems. When it works, IT REALLY WORKS GREAT! But when it doesn't, it drives me up a wall with its issues. I love Samsung, I really do. But the problems I've had with the watch have really turned me off.
