    Continually paused or stopped playing

The IconX earbuds worked fine for a month. Then, they started pausing or stopping every 5 to 10 seconds. I reset the earbuds with the help of customer service and they worked for a day and then back to the same problem. Sorry, I wanted to like them but I need to return them.

Great Sound in a Small Package

Finally, a wireless set of headphones that are worth using. I have tried many wireless buds and none of the them have made the cut for me until I tried the updated version of the Gear Iconx. Excellent sound for the small size and extremely comfortable. I have used them while running and cycling without issue. Again, sound was surprisingly great for a total wireless pair, beating the wired earbuds that I use previously. The earbuds are controlled by tapping on side which takes some getting used to but once you get it down, control is reallyy easy. The small charger case is a plus as well. I ran the battery down to check battery life and once they died, a quick charge (about 10 minutes) in the case got me about an additional hour of time without searching for an outlet and the charging cable. I got about 6 ½ hours of life per charge which was much better than other wireless headsets I have used. Set up was simple – Bluetooth to my Samsung S8 using the Gear app. 4 GB of onboard storage lets you download songs to it and leave your phone behind. Great for running and also those times when you just want to leave it all behind and just listen to music without interruption. Excellent integration with Samsung Health app and a run coach which was good for beginning runners as is the built-in accelerometer to track your running and walking. You can use only one earbud for running or cycling in the Gear app. There is also an Ambient Sound mode that turns on microphones so you can hear what is going around you as well as your music which worked really well and let me use both buds. For Samsung users, the Gear Iconx cannot be beat.

Brought these for my husband as a gift. He took them back that same week for a new pair because one ear didn't charge and kept going out. He took them back and they kept doing the same thing. So he just got the money back.

Good product, except that there is no way to turn them off or place them in standby. This results in them losing charge in 24 hours or less... Even if left unused and in the case (unless plugged into the wall).

Theoretically a great product. Three sets man, woman, and child. Disappointed these ear buds did not work for any of us. The buds are to heavy and continue to fall out even when professionally fitted.

    Excellent Truly Wireless Headphones

These are great. I received them a day early so that was awesome as well. I have the previous version of these Earbuds as well, the big thing that the older version had wrong was the horrible battery life and the charging case killing the battery life on the earbuds. This version seems to have fixed this issue as I am getting about 5 1/2 to 6 hours out of them. I highly recommend these.

This is the wave of the future!! Being a very active person, these headphones help tremendously with freedom of the dreaded cord. Currently in training for the Ironman and these things pack in the hours needed for the event. The packed in memory adds that much more time needed to complete my races or bike rides. They fit snug in ear and the battery built into the case adds that much more awesomeness to these bad boys. Pros: Long battery life built in 4GB of memory touch pad on both sides of earbuds Google voice/bixby available Fits well in ear Cons: occasional hiccup with the sound touch pad can be somewhat sensitive while running. volume can be higher or made available to go much higher. bass isnt as crisp . Overall, these headphones work wonders for me and I can't wait to keep them and get the most use out of the product.

    Amazing headphones!

I originally got the Bose Sound Sport headphones on a whim, They sounded really good but they were too big and heavy for my ears. My sister has the IconX 2018 and I tried them on and they fit perfectly. So I returned the Bose and purchased these headphones. They fit in my ears, block out outside noise, they're light, they pair pretty well with my iPhone 8 Plus. In short, they are comfortable when I'm working out and doing exercises that involve jumping or running, without falling or slipping.

Exceptionally secure fit. Very good sound once properly fitted for your individual ear. Simple to use. Very good features, especially for working out. I wish the battery life was as great as my LGs but that will improve over time with newer models. Case very handy. TouchPad is very simple but takes getting used to.

I got these during the Holiday Sale for $150 just to try them out and I'm absolutely keeping them. They look and feel great, stay in my ears even while running around and and incredibly easy to set up. I wish they could be a little louder at times but I'd probably be doing damage if they were. Very satisfied

I work in NYC and use these for my daily commute, I really wanted to loved this headphones, but the connection issues are what really kill these for me. I find that they experience a lot of interference when i cross roads or am around anything electrical. After coming off Beats X I loved that these were truly wireless but the connection and interference issues on the Gear Icon X really ruin what should be a great product. Pros: Truely Wireless Good Battery Life Comfortable lasting fit Cons: Sounds cuts out frequently due to interference. Stuck carrying the case with you Touch controls are iffy

    I wanted to love these...

Despite the good reviews that led me to purchase these, I have had nothing but problems since day one. Jokes on me for not buying the warranty. Almost immediately i lost all touch control on my left earpiece, forcing me to have my phone in hand whenever using one at a time and the right side is charging. Shortly after, volume on the left side dropped significantly. Putting it back into the charging case used to fix that issue, but it no longer does. I tried using the reset button but that didnt work either. Any slight vibration causes them to pause, making any sort of physical activity a nuisance. I cant even ride in the car, any slight bump and they either pause or repeatedly notify me that one is falling out, even though they're sitting snug. Extremely earitating. As of today the right sides volume is now lower then the left side -which is already diminished- Very disappointed for the amount I spent. Will not be recommending.

Awesome little ear buds! The battery life is exactly what it claims to be 5hrs streaming, 7hrs mp3. The sound out of the box is good. But if you change the rubber tips to the foam one the sound is 10 times better.

These sound good and block out a decent amount of noise. My main problem with them is the swipe pad on either side of them doesn't react well to my fingers. It'll either pause it or turn the volume down when I try to skip a song. Besides that though they're great. I was annoyed before I figured out how to turn off the workout coach.

    Can't get a good fit

Lost my jaybird x3s which had an incredible fit w/ the earfins. So I upgrade to these. Sound is very good and they function just as though they were wired. But they won't stay put in my ears for me. The earfins are shorter the jaybird and just don't hold near as well. Constant slipping out and me pushing back in. Plus they fit deeper into the ear canal than the jaybirds which is also an irritation. Not a comfortable experience for me. But they work great otherwise. If they could tune up the fit on these, they would have a winner in my book. Surprised they put these out and solved the hard part with the wireless tech but didnt give a good fit which i imagine is technically very easy by comparison.
