I bought these headphones to use for running and other workouts. Being able to ditch wires is really nice, even if the battery life isn't amazing. I ran for a solid 1:15 earlier this week and the headphones managed to stream music from my phone for the whole run, so I'm happy enough with the battery life for a workout centered device. One of the main reasons I bought these was to make use of the Heart Rate Monitor (HRM). This aspect of the headphones is terrible. Even with a perfect fit in my ear, the HRM drops signal or reports crazy high heart rates at different points during a run or ride. The HRM is essentially unusable for any heart rate zone training. This is a bummer because the ear is typically a bombproof place to take a reading and other headphones out there are able to rival chest straps for accuracy. One other negative about these headphones is that they seem to drain the battery of the case very quickly. Do a bit of a search online and you'll understand. The earphones seem to stay "on" to a degree in the case and will exhaust it's battery supply in just a few days. So if you use these daily you'll probably not notice, but if you leave them for a few days you'll come back to a depleted case and dead headphones. In all I would NOT buy these again even if I absolutely love not having wires bouncing around while I'm running.

My wife uses these during her daily walk routine. Great mp3 storage and Bluetooth connection to mobile phone (where her fitness tracker gives her feedback). A bit clumsy initially with the series of tapping/swipe commands you have to perform on the surface of the earbud but otherwise very happy. The sound is very high quality.

The sound quality is good but I have an iPhone and found myself constantly repairing the buds to the phone.

About two weeks before Christmas, my wife asked if I would like the Samsung Gear iconX ear buds as a Christmas gift from her. I knew they looked really cool but I like to know the in-and-outs of new technology before making a purchase and these are a little pricey. I headed straight to BestBuy, found out all about them and purchased them for myself. I then told my wife that I liked them so much and that I wanted to avoid the stampede. She said I was not supposed to buy my own Christmas present, but agreed to pay me back and did not allow me to open them until Christmas. When Christmas arrived, I had forgotten about the iconX and was puzzled as to what the wrapped gift was. I was overjoyed when I opened the gift !!! I love the iconX earbuds !!! Not only do they look great, they sound incredible and are really comfortable. Another great product from Samsung and Bestbuy and myself(I mean my wonderful wife)!!!

These earbuds were great at first. Then two weeks later one earbud would not charge fully. Also you could not hear as much as the other one.

These are great wireless headphones. Also stores music in them for offline use.

I'm still having a hard time tying to turn the volume up on them so that they are loud enough to here with all the noise in the warehouse while I'm at work I still struggle to here my music with these earuds they are not noise councils ear buds so that means you don't get the extra privacy with them in your ears which would have help so they music still sounds low with my volume all the way up and the buds max volume in my gear settings on my ph

Nice earbuds good sound but battery could be better!

I love the concept- and they sound great. They are not fully compatible with Apple products, can listen to music and videos - but you can't get the app and use the fitness stuff. Can't even get the app on Samsung tablets. Battery lasts about an hour and a half so get your workout done quick and recharge before the next one.

The pair I ordered that arrived first was defective. The right earbud did not keep a charge for more than a half hour. The store was wonderful about replacement and the new pair is great. They last and it is nice to be able to download the music right to the earbuds. They are great to use one at a time or synced together.

Surprisingly they are very comfortable. They don't fall out of my ears and I have very small ears. Also changeable pieces come to adjust the bud to whats comfortable for your ears. I like that you can choose which ear bud to make the main one for phone use (you can only use one to talk on the phone). You can store your own music on the ear buds so you can workout with them and not bring your phone. BUT the battery life of the Bluetooth doesn't go past 2 hours. So when I'm not working out, I use one at a time while the other is in the case (which is also the charger). When ever I hear the beep telling me that it's at 10% battery life I switch the buds out. The battery life is the only reason I won't give this Bluetooth a 5 star rating. Oh and the case/charger takes a while to charge but the buds themselves charge pretty quickly. Lastly, if you used them to workout, you have to make sure you wipe the buds off before placing them back in the charger/case, your sweat can cause issue with the contact points for the ear buds to charge. We all know water and electronics don't go well together.

So Samsung really prove themselves with this product. They fit very comfortably in my ears. It was an adjustment, because when speaking on the phone sound plays out of only one ear bud. However phone quality is great. I can hear people and they can hear me clearly Samsung does need to work on the battery life. 90 mins of streaming music from my phone is not reasonable. These ear buds are great for short workouts and while driving.

I love the design and feel of these headphones. I use them around my office, as well as while I'm working out and running. They fit well and there are times I forget I have them in my ear. The only thing I would change with this product, is that they only work with my phone, because the Ionix app is required for use.
