Terrible product, terrible support

Claims to be Bluetooth but I can only get it to work with Samsung products and not very well, at that. Called customer service who put me through a half hours worth of instructions on how to make it work but still doesn't. Instead of giving you sound from your device or app it automatically goes into starting a workout timer. Still don't know how to adjust functions. Unfortunately I can't find the packaging so I can't return it. Expensive mistake.
