Wireless ear buds with built in activity tracker including heart rate and 4gb music storage !! The package also included charging case, usb to micro usb adapter, charging cable, multi sized ear wings and user guide. The pros: They sound amazing and are much more comfortable in the ear than I anticipated. The touch controls are easy to use once you've gotten used to the interface. Uploading music was an absolute breeze and they held my standard tracks with plenty of room to spare. Having no cords to catch on things has been very liberating. The cons: The charge is short lived but acceptable for most workouts or standard outdoor adventuring. The Bluetooth connection with my Galaxy s7edge would cut out from time to time. There is no menu, that I've figured out anyhow, to navigate the music you load on the ear buds. So far my experience has been only a random shuffle of songs with no way to play a full album or select an artist.

    Great Sound, Great Fit

Upon receiving the IconX, I was impressed with the presentation. I unboxed and was pleased with the contents. I was a bit cautious about fit as my ears are not 'normal' but after playing with the different tips and wings, I found a comfortable fit. I was very happy with the ability to stay in my ears, regardless of my level of activity. The ambient mode is very useful. The only thing keeping me from giving this five stars is the phone calls only coming from one ear. Would prefer to have them from both. Other than that, it is a fantastic product. For my type of usage, the battery life is acceptable. Would be nice if they stayed charged in the case longer than they do, but as long as you plug it in every night, its not really an issue. The touch controls took some getting used to, but once I got the hang of it, they are very easy and intuitive to use. It would be nice if they would automatically make whichever one you pull from the case first the pairing one, and the other the passive one so that you don't have to switch it in the phone settings. All in all, this is a great product that I look forward to spending a lot of time using.

    First set of wireless earbuds

I just received these a couple hours ago and so far it is a good product. It isn't too bad for sound quality and loudness, but not sure it's good having something shoved far in the ear being super loud, so if you want something loud stick to headphones, but I like the tap feature to change tracks, pause and accept/reject incoming calls. I read one review that said it was for music and fitness track only, but no not the case, you can talk too, it does get warm in your ear so I suggest not for long term use, but it is a nice product. Not sure the price tag is 200 worth it but because it's still fairly new and when other products hit the market will lower prices some. Sum it up good product but not a dire need I'd wait for the price to come down some.

I Bought these because i was looking for some accessories with my note 7. These surpassed my expectations tho, they sound good and fit good in the ear and don't come lose at any point. Only bad thing is the battery only last a little over 2 hrs

    Where'd my power go?

The sound quality is not bad. Audio passthrough is tinny/robotic, as mentioned in other reviews, but I don't use it since I only wear one earpiece at a time. The fit is pretty good during a workout. I'm not worried about the earpiece falling out. Being able to save music directly on the earpieces so I don't have to have my phone with me is pretty cool. The battery life doesn't seem too bad, but that might be because I only wear one headphone. When that one is dying, I swap to the other and am good to go for a while longer. My problem is the standby charge. I charge the case/earbuds fully and throw them in my bag. Don't use them in a couple of days, so I would expect them to maintain the charge they've got, right? NOPE. Totally dead. They should be powered off in the case. Pulling a charge if they need it, but otherwise not discharging. I can put a battery backup for my phone, fully charged, In my bag and not touch it for months and it's still got the same charge I left it at. How the heck do unpowered earphones lose their charge, much less deplete their backup battery, in such a short time?

The sound quality is good but the battery last for about 1.5 - 2 hours. The earbuds turn on and connect automatically when you place them into your ears. Great for workouts or for watch short videos. Calls comes in clear but I do wish I could hear the caller from both earbuds.

First off let me say that I bought these with the sole intention of trying them out and taking them back. That was my mindset due to some of the other reviews I had previously read. After trying them for the first time last night during a workout, I had absolutely 0 issues. Sound quality is pretty good(7.5 out 10), and they did not fall out once! I have not tried storing music on them yet since I mostly stream music now, but it's unlikely for most people to do this nowadays anyway. Once concern for me, primarily during outside runs, is that without ambient noise turned on, I could not hear a single sound outside of the headphones. I tested this with my wife standing right in front of me and I could not hear a thing. I turned on the ambient sounds, and could hear a little bit better, but not by much. Overall, great pair of earphones, although I haven't really put the battery to the test just yet.

    Hi-tech earbuds

Got mine last week, easy to pair with my Galaxy Note7 and stream from Google Play, great sound for music, I receive all phone sounds and notifications; talking on the phone works from far without interruptions, I have not tried it yet in fitness mode. Hard to find the perfect fit, they either hurt or are not deep enough, making bass disappear and allowing ambient sound in, so I tried all ear adapter sizes until I fount the best fit. I do not like that the battery is depleted constantly - even inside the case the IconX are constantly on - as they can not be easily switched off (only deactivated by using a paper clip on a tiny hole...), so the case has to be plugged to the wall or it will also run out of charge and blink red. I like the storage case/charger, still do not know how many times it can charge the earphones without being plugged to the wall.

I think these are a great product. The ease of use is impressive and they work pretty well. I have yet to really test these while working out specifically, but I look forward to trying that. The charging case is nice, although I feel like it'd be nicer if it was flatter. Even if that meant they had to be a little wider, I'd prefer the flatness for pocketability. One thing that keeps me at 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is no voice dialing option. It'd be great if when they're paired with my phone the first touch and hold option was to activate voice dialing. Honestly, without that, I don't know if I can recommend them for someone who doesn't work out a lot and would probably. The need even for me to start a workout is not high enough in frequency to be the first touch and hold option.

You'll Like Them. Best for Gym

These earphones are the best in class for their kind. Can't been the price, sound quality, and comfort. There are others out there that have a longer battery life, but they aren't as comfortable, the sounds isn't as good, and they're usually $100 dollars more. The charging case is very compact compared to others, and they charge in a decent time. They stay put when they're in the ear, and the touch controls are pretty accurate. Again, you'd be hard pressed to find any truly wireless ear buds for this price with the same features. The battery life is definitely the major down side, but weighing the pros and the cons, this is the best bet by far. Once you go truly wireless, you'll never want to go back to anything else. I hope the next version of these have better battery.

I received last week and used it about 3 times so far. I enjoy the sound quality of the tiny device. I paired the device with my Galaxy S7 and I was able to track my workout progress with S Health. I gave it a 4/5 stars because I have 2 issues with it. 1. I kept fearing that it one of the earbuds would come out of my ears. Anytime moved i felt it would come out. 2. I found it difficult to change songs on the earbuds. I used this product during a basketball practice and it didnt come out of my ears. Changing the wingtip to securely fit my ear made it more comfortable for me.

I use these strictly for working out, so battery life is not an issue for me. They have revolutionized my workouts as I don't have to take my phone on runs anymore. As a MP3 player, battery life is 3.5 hours, my runs are just over an hour. And when I do use these to stream from my phone, I get 1.5 hours before they shut down. That's enough time in the gym. I like this because I know I can't fool around on Facebook or instagram, no BSing around. The sound is great and they absolutely stay in place, no matter how much I sweat. I have an iPhone so I can't use Samsung's fitness tracker app. They sound great on phone calls, clear on both sides of the call. The charger definitely gives you at least two full charges.

Having used a couple of other Bluetooth headsets in the past, skeptical at best would describe me going into this trial. WOW, I am impressed. Can you get better sound from bigger corded headsets? Yes, but you cannot get wireless convenience with them. The sound is very acceptable, but the technology is off the charts. Phone calls that come in that could interrupt my workout, these come in loud and clear with no interruption. The fact it tracks my workout including heart rate on these little earbuds make these a fantastic choice. The multiple tips allow you to get a snug fit without pain like you can get with other buds. The fact I can do all of this without my phone with me makes these a wise choice!

I don't know where the small, wireless earphones will take us as they will always be limited by sub-par bass tones, but these earbuds do a lot and do most things fairly well. Are they perfect? Not quite, but they DO work, they DO sync easily and they DO produce decent (not great) sound for what they are meant for. Working out on the elliptical, taking a good walk with your music or just want to lose the cord for a while, these will do the trick. battery life is decent but they do stay "on" while charging I believe. Overall good product and Samsung delivers as usual.

I purchased these samsung truly wireless ear buds when I got my Note 7 phone ...and love that they fit completely in my tiny ears. The sound quality is amazing and I'm able to store quite a few of my favorite songs on the storage. Only downside is they only last as a pair for 2 to 3 hours of playtime...but I found if I use one ear bud at a time I get double the playing time because a ear bud is always charging!!! If your looking for a great music companion to your 30 to 1hr workout at the gym or your a jogger ....these great little ear buds are TERRIFIC!!

Gear Icon X Review After I got these in the mail, I charged them up, checked for firmware updates played around with different ear bud sizes and put them to work. They fit much better than I thought they would, and I have not had any issues with them staying in place. I have had them on some rough mountain bike trails, and used them while boxing a heavy bag without an issue. At home and in the office, these have been used to listen to music and make handsfree calls while I work or do things around the house. The sound out of the box is not that great, but after tuning the EQ on my Galaxy S7 they sound fine. I use Bluetooth to stream music from my phone to my car stereo, so it would be nice if there a separate software EQ just for the Icon so that I do not need to adjust the sound when I connect different sources. The ambient sound feature seems pointless. When I turn it on, the only thing different I hear is static. I honestly have not used the activity tracker much, and I doubt I ever would. It is quicker and easier to track with my phone and I would prefer a Gear S3 Frontier for that function, especially if I could take it swimming. The activity tracker function does work, I just think it is not going to be very practical to use. The controls took a little getting used to, but now that I have the hang of them they are not that bad. I also like the idea of built in storage so I can listen to music while leaving my phone at home or in the car during a workout. Overall, I like the Icon X a lot. These have now replaced both my headphones and Bluetooth earpiece and go with me everywhere. Although I do not have a Gear S3 Frontier yet, I think the combination of it, the S7 Edge and the Icon X would make the perfect trio.

The Gear IconX is an exceptional concept and product. It packs an amazing amount of technology into such a small package. I have really enjoyed the learning process and functions of the IconX for the weeks since I have received it. It has connected flawlessly with my phone and my Samsung S7 Edge in-phone software programs. I thoroughly enjoy the swipe technology to maneuver from trance to track, set volume and access special features but it does have its draw backs with accidental touches when I try to adjust it in my ear or pull down my beanie. Battery life is another issue that is hard for me to give it that 5th star. I use it mainly for exercise and sports, for which the in device music feature is awesome and the battery last long enough for a great workout, but I have also used it for driving, as I am an Independent Contractor focused on delivery, for which I am not satisfied with the battery life. My shifts are usually 4 hours and the IconX with barely make it though half my shift with GPS directions and an audiobook constantly running. It is also not well suited for answering and ending calls which I often need to do. I also am disappointed with the recharging case which seems to drain very quickly if just left inside for too long with being connected to a power source. Although, overall, these are my only issues with the IconX. I love it for quick runs, gym work, yard work, Kart driving on the track (love my techno whilst tearing up a track at high speeds, and just general use around the house for cleaning or doing work. They are convenient to use, easy to put in (and stay in nicely too) and the carry case is super convenient to recharge while on the go or just taking a break. All-in-all I love them and would recommend them to everyone I know with caveats. Great product Samsung...now just work on that battery and make it more call friendly.

I've been following these ever since Samsung announced them. Once they finally came out, I had to go pick them up and they beat all of my expectations. They fit comfortably (3 size options come with it for in ear and loop). Easy to sync with the downloadable manager. Music quality is great. Battery life is very good, and the case is very convenient. Lastly, the controls are so easy to use.

I purchased these after reading mixed reviews. First pair would not stay connected between ears and by my second time working out the right earphone blew out. Exchanged the product, same exact outcome as the last but lasted a week instead of days. Pros: amazing to not use Bluetooth, phone can stay off or in the car. Sound quality is good. Waiting for technology to catch up on these. Cons: battery life, would lose connection often ( I also seemed to touch pause oftenwhen lifting weights). Would lose connection between ears often.

Very easy to set up and use. The case doubles as a charger and storage. The are a great fit and the design is well made. The sound quality is awesome. Just a touch of the finger to change songs, change volume or turn into an exercise partner. The uses are limitless. It can even answer your phone. Does so much for something so small. It is perfect for everyone!
