My Gear iconX earbuds were easy to setup and they sound very good - no Bluetooth coloration. There are a large number of functions that are accessed by various taps and swipes on the primary earbud, which by default, is the the right earbud. This will take practice to get used to, as it's easy to tap too much, too firm, not firm enough, etc. in order to access the desired function. Hence, mistakes are easy to make. This is just the nature of the beast - there's simply no room to handle this level of functionality otherwise. For simple volume adjustments, as an example, I find it easier to simply adjust the level control on the phone. This should NOT detract one from purchasing, however. They are really good. I've listened for several hours at this point and have yet to experience any dropouts or other audible anomalies. Battery life is very good.

Some tips: I played with the equalizer on google music and now it sounds pretty good! nice bass. The app is lacking some basic features like heart rate monitor(in order to do that you have to start "walking" or other activity in the S health app so then it'll show you all the info). I leave it running in the background in save power mode, it's great. Just turn off the auto pause setting. For the software update(highly recommended) just go online and chat with a samsung representative and you'll get a link to download the gear manager in your pc. the battery doesn't last long but it's good enough for an average workout session. I leave the case in the car plugged in so it charges "automatically" whenever the car is running so I don't have to think about it.

I have read so many bad reviews about this earbuds that hurt my eyes. I was a little in denial if buying them or not but well at the end I did, just because I love the fact of; cord-free. In my truly opinion after trying them and playing with them, -They fit perfectly, you have different earbud tips for all sizes and also different wingtips for the perfect fit. -Indeed this earbuds are small but they fit and feels comfortable in your ear after you get used to them. -Sound quality? Awesome in my opinion, I had different headphones, solo2 so far have been my favorite and now the AKG that came with my SGS8+ which are good too but considering the size of the IconX the sound quality is pretty impressive, the bass is quite good and the ''Ambient sound" doesn't affect the music at all, it does let you hear everything from the outside in which is pretty good for someone like me who works in a office and often gets called from behind and when I'm using some other kind of headphones I can't hear a thing. ( Note: The Ambient sound makes the voices sound a little bit robotic but kinda cool at the same time and you can also hear every single tap or thing. -BATTERY!!! ok so yeah 90% of the people complains about the battery lasting about 1.5h if you're using it with Bluetooth or streaming Pandora etc, well yes the battery doesn't last much when pairing with your devices but using alone it does last way longer, about 2-3h max but lets be real??? look at the size of this thing? extremtly small, it have touch pad, not a single button, HR included, like all these features in such a small thing HOW ARE YOU EXPECTING TO MAKE A 10 OR 24 HOUR EARBUDS???............... -The charging case. Lol lets be serious, its super cute in my opinion, small enough to fit anywhere, easy open and easy to take off the earbuds, you can charge the earbuds while charging the case and charge the earbuds without charging the case like? you can ran out of battery anywhere and just have you case charged and just place them to use them again, pretty cool in my opinion. WELL in general I'm more than satisfied with them, I was expecting just enough for my satisfaction.

The headphones are a great step in the right direction. The feature options are cool. The volume is not good especially for music. Sound quality for music is no good either, very minimal bass. To me the sound quality is like listening to very cheap headphones. I am returning the item and waiting until everything is fine tuned.

These are great truly wireless headphones, no phone no watch no nothing upload your music to the headphones and go!! with Built in timer, its perfect for a nice run. One down side is the battery life is about 40 min.

I've had these ear buds going on 2 years and they are awesome. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the battery life. With just music, they last me about 1 hour 10 min. Other than that, no issues.

I'm simply going to state the facts first: 1) Streaming battery life is 1 hour ( no point of having headphones if they last an hour) 2) If you leave them in the case that's suppused to charge them for longer than a day you will find both the charging case and the headset dead. 3) They don't discharge equally - the left one always goes 10 minutes earlier. 4) they are irritating to wear for longer than an hour - I've had Jaybirds and Bose and both destroy these. 5) they take forever to charge 6) music transfer into the units is very slow. 7) distance calculation is way off ( by like an 1/8 of a mile ) Summary: I own many Samsung products and this might be the worst I've ever owned. Before these I had the Jaybirds and Bose and both are way better in terms of battery life and fit. The product has some great features that would be great if they worked right, but this needs another 2 or 3 generations of development . Seems very rushed and not fully thought out.

I have been using these Samsung earbuds for about a week now, and I am impressed. I love that these allow me the ability to move so freely while working out, and that I do not have to have my phone on me as well! Those are two features of this product that I love! I run, walk, and recently started an aerobic dancing program, so I was leery of having these fall out, but they haven't! If I had any issues with these, it would only be the battery life, which lasts about an hour and a half, but that doesn't affect me, so it is not a complaint. Besides, they charge pretty quickly.

The Gear IconX sounds great. The touch controls are very sensitive. The carrying cause was small and compact and charged the ear buds pretty quickly. The medium size ear buds fit my ear but I couldn't wear it for more than an hour before my ear starts to hurt.

These are the best ear buds I own They have great sound and always stay in place, no matter how active I am. It's a stereo in your ear.

Great so far..a tad difficult to set up, but that could me me. Solid connection to phone, comp and tablet. Sound and call quality are great for what they are...so far so good!

Headphones would not stay charged or connected to the phone or each other. Returning this pair, maybe they are defective. But having bought them in December and trying to return now, Best Buy offers me ZERO. Won't be buying from this store again. How can I even have given the product a fair shake without a few months of use?? What has happened to customer service in the electronics industry? Crazy. Try the Bose wireless buds for a much better product btw. A bit bigger but at least they have a real charge! And the sound quality much better.

Disappointed in these given the high price point... 1. No ability to adjust left/right balance if one bud's output is weaker (or one ear has some hearing loss) 2. They are on all the time, so if you don't charge them every day the battery will be drained when you do pull them out to use them 3. The rubber part of the bud that goes into your ear canal sometimes stays in your ear canal when you remove the bud requiring you to fish it out with a pointy object while being very careful to not push it further into your ear

Don't stay charged up long play music after fully charge and play music less than an couple hours the battery's dying you can not even go full day without have to charge keep charging the battery !!

Excellent but I'm only getting an hour or less per charge. Worse, it takes forever to charge up on the USB. Looses charge rapidly just being in my car. Not appropriate for everyday use at all.

Omg, wow,amazing.... How many other words could I use to describe these headphones.... The sound quality is superior to most all others out there. The easy charging and cool alien looking pod make it unique.... I suggest to anyone wanting a quality set of wireless headphones to get off their butt right now and get these... Pay the extra for overnight delivery because it is worth it......

i use them for work for jogging, they are my life now they come in handy everywhere i love the look black and charger is nice. i was worried they would fall out or loose them but so far so good and i like them very much i tried them and was just impressed compared to other brands and its all in name icon x x factor. i dont like wires so wireless is way to go and its great i am happy

Best gym headphones ever! These things make you want to get to the gym, seriously, they are awesome. They fit perfectly and do not come out even when you are doing jumping jacks or burpies. They can handle getting sweaty and still stay put. They sound great with nice bass and you can barely see them when in your ear. The charging capsule is a great idea and perfect for storage and not loosing them. I do with the batteries lasted longer, but realistically an hour and a half is about all I can handle in the gym and if forces you to make the most of the workout, knowing you're on a time limit. They are actually pretty good for podcasts too as I only use one at a time when listening to those and swap them out as the battery dies. I would recommend switching the "main" headphone when you get the 10% warning or they may not switch if you wait longer than that. I also own a pair of Jaybirds, but those are going on eBay as they don't compare to these. The controls are great and "just the right amount of sensitive". Look, if you are looking for great gym headphones, it doesn't get better than these, if you want office headphones, then consider the Bose noise cancelling ones (I have a pair of those too and highly recommend them).

Doesn't respond well to commands. Once connected it continuously disconnects on its own. Once it disconnects once it doesn't let you reconnect
