Product was missing a lot, probably my fault for not reading that in the details, but the unit itself was amazing.

Bestbuy did not check the box when they sold this refurb from online. Was expecting a 860 EVO 1TB, got a 750gb HHD that looked ancient, didn't have good luck with this purchase. rather scored big buying a SanDisk 1tb m.2 drive when it went on sale .

Not sure why it's called "certified refurbished"if what the dudes who repack this drives just do that, that's all. If they refurbish or certified the SSD then will notice immediately the broken drive and inoperable, just because I was in need for one drive that day I keep it and spent 3 hours molding broken The Port housing

I bought a 1TB unit several months ago and the unit works fine but when I ran the Samsung SSD Magician software it say the drive is not genuine. Because of this "Rapid Mode" cannot be enabled. I wish I had known this before I bought it as Rapid Mode makes a big difference when used as the boot drive.

I returned it when I found a new one for about $10 more than this used one

bought this. received a different product at pickup desk. store employee said it was a mixup and gave me a broken 860 EVO from the back. Store and phone support keep sending me back and forth and nobody will take responsibility. Going to return this and never do business here again

I usually don't buy refurbished hard drives, but this looked too good to pass up. But, it didn't work, so I returned it. So much for Geek Squad Certified Refurbished!

I was very concerned about using a refurbished ssd, but the process couldn't have gone more smoothly. My 2 year old notebook computer with great specs had become increasingly crippled, but I was able to download the software to clone the drive and the cloning process went smoothly with no errors. I got my grandson to help me with opening the notebook after we both watched a video showing how to swap it out. When we finished and turned it on it was on immediately, no waiting and it is running better and faster than when it was new. I couldn't be happier.

What can I say about another Samsung EVO @ 860 level? Its really a good drive that I have had no issues with period. I also have the 870 and while the speed is nominally better, I couldn’t in any way NOT recommend this. Quality company, quality product!

Great price and came exactly as advertised! Now my laptop runs well and has plenty of storage

After upgrading my iMac with an 500GB/EVO 850 SSD, I decided to play catch-up with my Time Machine backup. Whew.. this is so much faster I am at a loss trying to compare it to anything.. (new standard has been set.)

Came in plain brown wrapper, nicely protected and looked brand new. A great bargain from Best Buy!

This has lasted 2 years and stilll going, love it.
