Great product but Certified open-box bad.

I've installed many for work and they have great performance and are reliable. Unfortunately in this instance I purchased a Geek Squad certified open-box. I usually have no issues with open-box items. And as I pulled it out of the anti-static wrap, I felt a sharp edge that shouldn't be there. I flipped it over and found the sata port bent at an angle enough to make a internal metal clip protrude near the port. I was surprised such an obviously damaged item passed through Geek-squad certification. Returned.
