Has some issues

I suspect this is why it was returned previously. As it does seem to be working, I kept it. It doesn't seem to be thermal throttling but it's not working error free.

Geek Squad/Customer Service Confidence Shook

In that package was a refurbished hard drive. The problem is, I needed an NVME M.2 hard drive, and you sent me a standard 2.5" ssd sata drive. The stickers on the box were correct the drive inside was a samsung 870. I ordered a samsung 970 evo plus. I understand that mistakes get made. However, the resolution was to go to the nearest store for a replacement or refund... So I have to drive an hour and thirty minutes to the nearest store, and get a refund, because I doubt they are going to have the refurb drive in stock locally? I spend a lot of money with y'all, and this is very frustrating. Now I am not only delayed in my build, abut I have to go out of my way to return this drive. I also have to question Geek Squads qualifications, if they don't know the difference between a 2.5" sata drive and an NVME M.2 drive

Defective?

Yes it was a good deal on price - but had to return due to issues. Next time ill just buy new
