NVME slowing down...

Excel files opened almost with no wait. Even PDFs were super fast. Internet browsing was iffy, but for me the SSD even made that fast! I knew that installing this NVMe probably wouldn't make much of a difference. And it didn't. Now, it seems that opening certain programs are taking longer...and longer. This may not be due to the drive but I do believe that NVMe SSDs can slow down under certain conditions. It's becoming to where I may switch back to the SATA SSD.
