    I purchased several Samsung 980 PRO SSDs, and I have to say I'm disappointed. Most of them arrived without proper packaging or a box. This lack of packaging raises concerns about their authenticity and overall quality. While the SSD itself might be decent, the presentation and packaging issues are concerning. Two stars for the product due to these packaging concerns.

    Refurbished is nothing to be worried about. It works great and is at a great price point. There's no real benefit to getting a faster SSD.

    Had only 1.7 TB written to it. I'm pleased with it, but the price is too high for a refurb item. New units went on sale for several dollars less literally the day after I bought this.

    First drive they sent was 250Gb so I returned and was lucky enough to order this one... 2Tb, 3 hours of use, 300gb writes so basically brand spanking new. It's definitely worth getting for the price difference.

    I bought it refurbished, when I opened the package I saw the SSD was not secured properly and was loose in the box rattling around which worries me. I plan on installing it this week and hope there isnt any damage

    Very Fast. However, the drive randomly set itself to read-only mode and has trouble even reading or copying data off of it. Only had the drive for less than a year. Hopefully, Samsung honors the warranty.
