Excellent item, color good condition work perfect

Bad connectivity, it has difficulty pairing, and the noise cancellation is terrible. I prefer the Galaxy Buds Plus, which I think are the best.

*purchased used* Some features do no work correctly and came without the middle size tips. Earbuds do not work for phone calls as they should and periodically disconnect and reconnect.

They stop working literally a month after I purchased them. My right ear does not work.

I understand i bought them refurbished so i didnt expect them to be brand new. I thought maybe they would be cosmetic isssues but they were not at all up to par to be resold especially by a retailer like best buy.

Worked for 2 days then the speakers started to sound blown in both i understand they were "Refurbished" butbi was expecting better

The earbuds themselves work fine, but it’s clear that nobody actually looked at, let alone refurbished, anything, with ear wax on one of the tips and the case having some hair on it. Lots of accessories were also missing, such as the wing tips and 2 of the tip sizes only having one tip. Best Buy aside, how does that even happen? How do you lose only one of each tip and then have the gall to return it while also not having the decency to wipe off your ear wax?

The buds had no eartips included inside. Also the call quality was worst. The mic quality was unsatisfactory

Can't bother cleaning or replacing parts, but you sure can put new tape on and resell them can't you! You can't do this right, so you suck at life. Thanks for wasting my time clowns.

These did not work well at all. The pause, stop, play functions did not work properly and people could not hear me when on a phone call

Can't give a true rating because they were sent with the wrong ear pieces and the store would not replace them but instead said we had to wait another week for a new refurbished pair. So we canceled

In order to activate noise cancelling you need both ear piece and the quality is poo noise cancelling. It does not work.

These were refurbished so I knew they were not new. However, when I opened the box. There were none of the silicon earpieces which are needed for the earbuds to stay in your ears. They were useless to me. I returned them to the store right away and they were very helpful getting me a new pair of different headphones.

There okay for disposalable ear buds. Sound is okay to listen to music but its not great

I received earbuds. Opened box 2 days later and 1 headphone didnt work @all. Took them back to best buy and bought a printer

The sound quality was really bad. They had a lot of static almost as if they had water damage from the previous owner.

When you make calls with headphones on, the other party hears a lot of interference.

Never got my product and very unsatisfied by the results that best buy did. All they did was refund me instead of issuing me a new pair of headphones for my inconvenience.
