The sound is good works perfect .. cons: they give you new insignia ear tips but need to take them off the ear buds everytime to charge them doesnt charge with them on . And didnt come with the larger earwings like the pictures described

The left side has a hissing noise when using noise cancelling mode so theres that.. The replacement ear tips are terrible fit compared to some third party ones i bought instead. Overall they do what i need them to do for the price point they were sold for

I love them! I’ve tried similar earbuds before but none of them really got me out of the old school wired earbuds. I really like the noise cancelling in these and they sound amazing!

They work pretty well, I got them shipped to me with just the one set of included plugs so they fit ok, would have been better if they came with different sizes, but I don't mind.

The item's design is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, retaining a charge.

Okay so for the price and for the quality its great don’t expect the sound experience of a life time but it’s enjoyable

The earbuds physically are and all the cords and accessories we're packaged as if new. The only major problem is that whenever it's in noise cancelling mode or ambient mode, there often is a white noise, can be soft or loud, usually playing in either ear. I'm guessing this is why it was returned.

They sound pretty well, but they don't fit in my ears well wo overall I wouldn't bay them again.

They are alright, but I'll most likely return and buy on ebay instead. Get better warranty for your refurbished products, best buy.
