They have a great sound and good quality I love them I used all the time

After reading up on several websites, the speakers seemed to have consistently decent reviews. I've learned you get what you pay for, but figured I would try it out. Received the product and it hadn't even been factory reset. It still showed as 'Kristina's Buds' when connecting to it the first time. I put on the appropriate size adapters and get a constant wind noise. Upon searching online, this seems to be a somewhat common issue and it wouldn't surprise me if that is why 'Kristina' returned them in the first place. I am not sure what 'Geek Squad Certified Refurbished' actually means other than it was returned and sold as an open box item.

the earphone has good quality and I amazed by the noise cancellation feature.

Random disconnects, short battery life, and it came with NO ACCESSORIES! I had to convince the manager to open a new box so I could get the tips, wings, and charging cable since they were not included in the box as promised.

I didn't recieve any medium bud tips and the microphone doesn't work properly during recording or calls. The product is great but i am dissapointed in bestbuy's refurbished products.

Pretty good headphones. I lost my beats buds and bought this and dont regret it, i found my buds later and still rather use this instead of the beats.

There was an issue with the right side earbud. I would randomly hear wind sound from the right side. It would randomly stop and start. It was refurbished item. I returned it and ordered a different headset.
