    Was worried because the Galaxy Ear Buds did not come with "over the ears" supports, but the Galaxy Buds DO STAY IN MY EARS.

    Its works fine the headphones seem to work fine but the something about the charging sequence since day 1 of recwiving these the case spontaneously charges head phones something with the connection issue is failling ..since day 1 "refurbished "

    So, I'm a Best Buy Deals fan. These are a great deal but like the other comment, mine came with a missing set of Ear Tips. Not a huge deal but Online CS couldn't do anything and told me to go to In-Store CS. After taking a trip there, they told me all they could do was refund it and have me re-buy. Lots of needless running around and time for No Customer Service. Wish you would have done better Best Buy Customer Service.

    Major connectivity issue (using with android) and poor battery life. Unfortunately I return window closed otherwise I would have returned. Sound is ok. Don't expect a lot but works.

    I got these buds as a reasonably priced quality solution to my comfort needs, and they're just ok. Buds are uncomfortable after about 20 minutes and constantly need to be adjusted.

    I bought samsung budz from BB but I need ear tips. I never got ear tips in the package from best buy. Customer service said to go to a store. I called the store they said they don't have them. When I called Customer service back they hung up on me while i was on hold with them. Please help me out!
