These didn't end up being good. The case charged but the buds would not stay charged.

Lwdt ear bud only works in normal.mode for me. Any other setting is static.

*purchased used* Some features do no work correctly and came without the middle size tips. Earbuds do not work for phone calls as they should and periodically disconnect and reconnect.

I purchased this item, and i got email that it eas delivered. However I didn’t get a code from lock box. I reached out to support team three times in one day, they weren’t able to solve my issue. More over they don’t know any contact information who carried the item. Don’t buy anything in bestbuy they don’t interested in customers.

This product was poorly packaged. I've bought refurbished items before and I didn't get original packaging but i got better packaging than this. Item just wrapped in plastic in a shopping box. Made it look like a knock out TEMU .99 cent free shipping item. I would not and don't recommend ordering refurbished items from here.

Bad connectivity, it has difficulty pairing, and the noise cancellation is terrible. I prefer the Galaxy Buds Plus, which I think are the best.

Left earbud not clear with static sound, sometimes.

They stop working literally a month after I purchased them. My right ear does not work.

Earbuds stopped working 1 week later. and the right one is very low. Nobody can hear me when i talk on these, only left ear works for Audio only.

Worked for 2 days then the speakers started to sound blown in both i understand they were "Refurbished" butbi was expecting better

The earbuds themselves work fine, but it’s clear that nobody actually looked at, let alone refurbished, anything, with ear wax on one of the tips and the case having some hair on it. Lots of accessories were also missing, such as the wing tips and 2 of the tip sizes only having one tip. Best Buy aside, how does that even happen? How do you lose only one of each tip and then have the gall to return it while also not having the decency to wipe off your ear wax?

These did not work well at all. The pause, stop, play functions did not work properly and people could not hear me when on a phone call

The buds had no eartips included inside. Also the call quality was worst. The mic quality was unsatisfactory

I understand i bought them refurbished so i didnt expect them to be brand new. I thought maybe they would be cosmetic isssues but they were not at all up to par to be resold especially by a retailer like best buy.
