    I was originally looking for a Bluetooth headset so I could connect it to my phone and I ended up coming across this product.At first I was quite impressed.I liked the noise canceling technology and also the ambient noise is boosting which I felt like I could hear more but the battery life was not impressive

    The earbuds and the case were filled with gunk. The earbuds were missing the earbud tips and were filled with wax. Luckily, I had spare ear guard pieces and cleaned the buds; they worked out well.

    Headphones are great but with rhe geek squad cetified ones the ear tips from insignia dont allow them to charge correctly in the case. So we had to buy aftermarket ones that have tighter fit.
