I ordered 2 pairs for my partner & I & we both realized very quickly just how much they hurt our ears and promptly returned them!!!! BUT the quality of sound and quality of the refurbished earbuds were awesome so i would def highly recommend refurbished w Best Buy bc both sets we ordered were basically brand new!!!

The second contact in the R bud side of the case is snapped off. The right bud isn't charging at all. My daughter has a pair of these so I put my "refurbished" pair in her case, and the right bud is actually charging now. Now I gotta return these and tell them to actually fix them
