I haven't had them but a few months and already I cannot so much as turn my head without completely cutting out what I am listening to and replacing it with static. As if that weren't bad enough even when using the Samsung app for these, the volume has become minimal unless of course it is static! And now even with a total tech membership I'm not given the option to return nor exchange them!!! So upset!!

I ordered along with the case, however I got the case right away and waited and waited for the product for over a month. I decided to cancel the order.

One side would not charge. Never got to use them. Bad out of the box.

They arrived very late!! When I called about them not arriving, they agreed to send another pair and was told to send back the other pair if they arrived. The other pair did arrive and they were covered in scratches and didn't even come with a charging cord! Not the first order that came late!!

I did receive them then returned them. Couldn't hear from them and the left one wouldn't work at all

Of course right outside the return window, the battery dies soooo quickly. Certified bs

From someone who switch from iphone 11 pro max to galaxy note 20 ultra and loved it. I expected this to be a nice alternative to airpods pro. Nope. Worst garbage earbuds Ive ever used honestly. Would take the wired akg buds over these any day. Just personally was a poor fit in the ear and not as premium. Sound quality does hold up tho.

Convenient size and fit with nice bass and audio quality.

Just fell out of my ears. Exchanged for an "ear hook" headphone.

Worked for 2 months and stopped working after that.

A little disappointed. They don't work well often.

Arrived dirty and missing the one of the flange thingys that go on the earbud (Galaxy Buds Live). Ordered a replacement pair (Galaxy Bud Pro) which arrived missing any eartips. Come on Best Buy, who is doing the refurbishing?

I received these ear buds in late April. It's now June 9th and the left ear bud doesn't work and it's now too late to return. Don't buy refurbished items from Best Buy. They are garbage.

I loved the buds pro and wanted to try these. They were terrible. Noise was poor, fit was inconsistent at best, and im not sure where they think theyre getting the sound canceling out of this.

These ear buds caught me a little off guard at first due to its bean like shape. Turns out they actually stay in my ears very well. Nice and snug but not uncomfortable. They do not plug into the ear canal like typical ear buds do. This is great especially for people who tend to get outter ear infections from prolonged earbud use, like I have. They are great quality and have amazing sound.

I purchased this thinking it also included the buds but was disappointed when it was just the case and a type C charger. I am returning.

Purchased these for my adult son who has trouble with ear buds falling out of his ears, including AirPods. Wasn’t sure if they would work with iPhone but took the chance because of the design and the price. The work just fine with his phone, sound awesome and can be charged wirelessly, plus the don’t fall out of his ears.
