Fit is a little weird at first, but once you get used to the feel, they're great. No more ear fatigue or shoving them in your ear canal. Sound and bass are just as good as my Bose headphones. Nice canceling helps slightly but not a true block out. Great sound and great fit.

Certified refurbs were in great condition ... only the outside box looked used. Buds and case clean. Battery in good condition. Love the Buds Live. Totally different than regular Galaxy buds, as they sit outside the ear canal. Don't block as much noise, but I can have convos with people while wearing them. Noise cancelling is noticable for me. Not Bose level, but still works (noise cancelling even with Bose doesn't block all noise, just mostly low frequency. Great deal, no complaints.

Got refurbished ones and was worried they wouldnt be as great or would be dirty (risked it cuz i can clean em anyway) but when i got them they were looking brand new and even sound new. Had em for some time now and still to this day they bump great. Charge stands for quite some time and thats both the buds and case.

Great quality and sound. All of these earbuds fall out of my ears so i cant complain about these but they had a better fit than the normal galaxy buds. Feel brand new too. Would not be able to tell that it's pre owned.

excellet bass but they had a problem with falling out of my ears my ears are rather big but they will still fall out of other poples ear when i share they will fall out mostly when talking or eating but other than that great sound great bass and amazing options

I like the sound quality and bass from these earbuds. Most buds do not stay in my ears but these have a great fit even when I’m sweating at ghe gym. Great product!

I read mixed reviews on these buds, but so far I'm very surprised at the sound that comes out of these with an "open design." Being Geek Squad Certified, the buds came looking brand new. Working fine so far. Sound is great if you mess with the equalizer. IMO, there's plenty of bass if positioned properly. Sound is very clear and balanced. Touch controls work pretty well. Overall very satisfied, but I can see why they may not be the right "fit" for everyone.

The fit isn't bad. I love the app and it's features. I've yet to run out of battery life. I do wish I could customize the touch n hold feature. They are comfortable enough to sleep in. Not ran with them yet. Sound is OK not the greatest.

Bought these earbuds as a refurbished item they have good sound quality good connectivity sleek design I only have one problem with them is they don't fit very well in my ears all in all im happy with my purchase and would suggest to a friend.

I love these earbuds. I was worried about the fit because I have small ears and the only ones that are ever comfortable to me is the original Apple style but these are great. I love the sound and the fact that I can have music playing on my radio and talking through these headphones at the same time is a huge plus. the original Samsung headphones did not allow this.

It's clear to hear and others hear me clearly. They do have a comfortable fit and easy to use. My only concern is that after wearing it for a long time, I feel like it's bothering my head, perhaps because it's still an electronic item. I have to use it for work so I've used it for hours at a time. It's probably best to use for no more than 15 minutes at a time. I also got it refurbished and it works and looked just as good as a new one.

I originally bought these because I loved the concept of them. They are definitely a unique product. Overall, they had pretty good sound quality and were very easy to connect. My biggest con for these earbuds, which won't affect everyone, is with the shape and size they wouldn't stay in my ears. They fit fine, but when it came to moving or working out they wanted to fall out. Since they wouldn't stay, I gave them to my mother and she uses them daily and has no such problems. The staying in the ears problem is the only reason I am giving 4 of 5 stars.

I've gone through many types of earbuds over the years and these by far are the best I've ever had. They connect flawlessly, fit perfectly while working out/running, and have a good battery life. This is actually my second pair of these earbuds. I use one as my active pair and the other as my casual pair.

I took a chance on these and love them! I think refurbished can be hit or miss sometimes, but these work well and I love the sound they produce. They stay put in your ears and aren't as uncomfortable as the buds that actually go into the ears. They don't block as much external sound as some because they sit "outside" of the ear canal, but once they're on and playing music you really don't hear other sounds unless they are super loud. If the sound is that loud, I want to hear it anyway. :) The noise cancellation does work. It isn't as sound eliminating as buds that sit in your ear canal, but if you use these in an environment with loud noise (i.e. mowing or tread mill) you definitely notice the difference with the NC on or off. The charge and play time is good. I really like them and recommend if looking for an alternative to something that gets uncomfortable in your ears or tends to fall out. These don't fall out.

Great earphones. Durable, long lasting. Sounds like an adult commercial? LOL!! One of the best I ever owned. Smooth transition from one device to another. Great quality sound. Batteries last for hours. Buy one, you won't regret it. Refurbished or new, same quality same sound. Samsung is the best.
