Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.unfortunately, when I received the earbuds I charged them up completely and after much effort, I was able to sync both headphones at once only then did I find out that the right earbud was only half as loud as the left one and when you use the active noise canceling the right earbud makes an awful loud high pitch noise right in your ear. after about an hour of playing with it restarting, resetting re-downloading apps I gave up and filled for a refund
