I like them, they have a really good sound quality. They hurt my ears a bit in the beginning but not anymore. I’ve had them for a little over a month now. I’ve had some problems with them disconnecting from my phone for no apparent reason, but not too often. The fit inside my ear is a bit weird for me but I got used to them rather quickly. They are a bit weird to take out of my ear bc they are so small but it’s all good.

These ear bugs would be fantastic if they had foam or rubber that showed them to custom fit your to your ear. They're still great for sound quality there is just a lot of outside noise that seeps in.

I received a pair for Christmas and love them! So brought my preteen these inexpensive refurbished pair and she loves them as equally. The different color and slim look makes them look sporty and cool

I liked the shape and the color and the fit, but I returned them because I didn't like the sound of them. It didn't have as much bass as I would like. I might've had one from a bad batch though.

Hard in ears had to buy softer eartips. Adaptive sound is great you csn listen to music but still hesr things like horns bells alarms etc. Charge in minutes inside case. Last about 2 days

These earbuds are amazing. I've had the Galaxy buds, the buds plus and the Jabra 75t and the sound on these was better than them all. I am one of the people who can't stand the "stuffed" feeling that traditional buds give so to have this quality sound without that feeling is great. I bought two more pairs for the family. The only issue with the refurbs is that they only come with one pair of the silicone ear tips.

If you're a person that falls asleep with headphones, these are for you. Don't really hinder sleeping on your side or anything like that. Was super comfortable.

Will not fit everybody! ANC?, it should have been called bass boost... I have to say I love the design tho. Make a smaller version of these to be able to benefit the sound and creation, I'll buy those in each color too. P.S. Add an actual ANC mode and extra bass and I'll forget this ever happened. Thanks Samsung, we still good...

love them ..sound great ..and great battery life...absolutely worth it

Sounds amazing and battery life is amazing. They dont fall out or fill lose when jogging and seem to be able to answer the phone by touching the ear bud which is cool.

Normally everything i get from Best Buy is great, i took a chance and ordered some refurbished ear buds. I drive truck long haul and needed them to communicate while driving, they sound great but i bought them to answer my phone and make calls by touching the side. That doesn't work and I just dont have the time to teturn them

Read other reviews that stated the noise cancellation doesn't work well but its actually does make a substantial difference. I drive a service van around town all day and these eliminate 70% of the background noise (tools clanging around, air/pressure noise made inside the van etc). Really enjoying these so far, will update this review with any changes.
