The pricing for this product was also excellent. However, the packaging was sloppy. I understand that the item has been used, but at the very least package it as if you’re trying to resell it.

It has the USB cable and 2 of the bigger silicone ear hooks. Sounds great, and shows almost no sign of wear

Pairing was good, sound had more bass, and ok-not great noise cancelling. The problem was the fit. They are hard to handle and put in my ears. I tried with and without the rubber inserts and still felt they were going to slip out (which happened occasionally). It also hurt my ears, so I can only wear them for maybe an hour at most. My daughter was even more aggravated at the fit, since she could not keep them in her ears. I tried to adjust them for her myself, but no luck. I wish we could have tried them out first. Now I am stuck with these pricey earpieces and have to buy new ones again.

Not for every ear tho, #designflaw, the vents take time to position and are not an all day set of earbuds. Maybe if the size was a bit smaller and they had a rubber/matte finish. Noise cancelling acts as a bass boost so they shoudl change the feature namr and not to mention everyone around you will be listening to what you are due to the open ear design which isnt a deal breaker. This relationship is complicated. Buds Live2. . .? I'll buy those in all colors as well.
