More specifically, I place them in but couldn't hear the audio without adjusting them several times. I even watched a YouTube to make sure I did it correctly but still have to keep adjusting them to be able to hear every single time. Maybe its just user error but i prefer the previous design... However, once i find the sweet spot the audio is very good!
