These earbuds worked wonderfully… why by retail when you could save on refurbished items.

I've been looking at these since they were first in the market. Was able to snatch a pair at a super discount.

Love the fit, simplicity fast charging features. However, upon moving from wifi signal while sending from my Samsung Galaxy Phone(A71 5G) audio signal, or Bluetooth reception becomes terrible. Ear Bud on left just stops.

After much research, I chose these. I love these. They are comfortable and the clarity is excellent. No problem with hearing anything.

Purchased these for my daughters birthday. Picked them up December 26th to give to her January 17th. I didn't know return period was less than 30 days. We knew they were refurbished but we thought Geek Squad would swap out the rubber pieces that hold them in and they would take them apart and thoroughly clean them. That did not happen, They had a TON of earwax from the last person who had them. It was just discusting. My daughter would not even put them in her ears even after I cleaned them, removed all of the wax (DISCUSTING) and wiped them down with alcohol. I can't even tell you what they sounded like because she would not use them. We are stuck with a pair of waxy discusting ear buds. I would HIGHLY recommend not purchasing reburbished ear buds from Best Buy. Unfortunately I did not take photos before I cleaned them so I can't show you how discusting they were.

My wife has these, and they didn't seem too bad. I bought an open box / refurbished set. Had some powder-like/maybe dry ear eax on them. Sprayed them with disinfectant and/or wiped them with some. I also have the buds plus, and the plus stay in ear better and seems to have better sound.

The worst merchandise I ever received from Best Buy... 1) The packaging ( original box)was taped with brown tape 2) No ear pieces 3) Definitely not for small ears I understand refurbished... I Definitely purchased refurbished before from Best buy but those should've been shipped out to anyone 3) Returned with no issue on same day within 2hrs of delivery ** The C/S reps was just as shocked as I was when they seen those ear buds!!!!

Lost my left side in vegas last time i was there and just know that I liked the form factor enough that I decided to just replace the set.

Pairs great with my samsung s20 phone...need more distance when you walk away from your phone though.

Not bad priced for a refurbished item. Gets the job done.

Upgraded from the regular bud2. Good product and sound. Took some time to get use to bean buds as they feel like they will be falling out but they do not and block out sound purfectly.

I think my ears are to big but I like that I don't have to smash the bud into my ear canal. It's a keeper

These earbuds are wonderful. Perfect connection and sound I recommend to anyone who owns samsung products

Odd fitting at first. It's somewhat difficult to learn how to tap the ear piece to change settings etc.

Sound good but they arrived dirty and with scratches all over the case.

Hurts my ear. Prone to fall. Im not a fan of this but audio is good

I love thise earbuds, great price and now I can listen to music all day. I love that it uses usb-c.

Liked the sound, but hated the fit. Never felt secure in my ears.

Bought these as a gift for my husband and he loved them! Only thing he mentioned was the battery life not lasting very long.
