They don't have the best connectivity. And they would, randomly, get out of sync with each other so one earbud would be playing slightly ahead of the other.

Arent loud enough, hurts ears after wearing.......

It was poorly packaged and already opened. I'm missing both of my smaller wingtips. Horrid. But on the other hand, I did get my buds and I can still wingtips from other sites.

Bought these refurbished for $60. Crazy deal for the price. Usually I sell my product when I'm not using it often but these I'm keeping stored away just in case I want to use them. They look great in the ear and feels pretty comfy when wearing them.

These were a great buy i love them alot i have also the iconx model but the charge case os broken i have to rubberband it shut to charge these wont have that problem and have the sound quality just as good if not better

Got used for my son, he loves them. Were open box, got them at a great price.

Let's start worth good bad the audio canceling noise is. You turn it on and off and can barely noticed any difference. Sound quality is also really bad since ir won't matter the way you put it on it won't fully cover your ear correctly. My regular galaxy buds from 3 years ago had better quality and noise canceling sound.

The buds are great would’ve given rating 5 star if you would have stated in condition that the charging case had a 1/3 inch scratch in the middle of the Samsung logo.

I ordered for a bronze buds but got a white one instead. On contacting the store they said that when you order a refurbished one they would simply send what they have in stock irrespective of the color. But that was not the case when I purchased it online as I had the option to choose color. Sound quality was good though but they are pretty uncomfortable because of the built quality and material so had to return them

Volume is great battery life is great user interface is easy and simple earbuds quickly become painful in ear.

They are good ear pods they sound good but price is kind of expensive

If you don’t have huge ear holes- don’t get these. Difficult to stay in ears. I’ve purchased every style of Galaxy buds. Pro, Pro True, +, live- you name it-I have them. Trying to find a pair for all my kids and myself. Not 1 style worked. All fall out of ears-and diff size ear holes were tested out. Plus they all sounded the same. My $15 pair of Polaroids work way better.
