I guess I was expecting a little more from the buds. Make sure they are secure in your ears, as they have a tendency to fall out( I did purchase them because they are flush with your ears/compact) The sound quality is poor and volume. I did love the color choices. I wish they came w a clip on device. Pictures on line are exactly what they look like.

Easily the most comfortable earbuds I've ever used. They felt strange for the first use, but once you get used to them, you don't even feel them in your ears. Arrived looking brand new and function perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas. She really likes them.

I love my Galaxy True Wireless Earbuds. The sound quality is excellent. The only issue I have is the touch sensor. It not easy to click off after a call. I've used these for about 9 months and they are still in great condition.

The case simply did not charge right after I got it. The case light stays red, which turns off when disconnected. The earbuds charged only when connected to a cable. Will have to return, wasted time and energy. So much for "certified refurbished," hope Geek Squad does a better job checking the case is functioning.

After using this item for 2.5 months it began acting up. The charger wouldn’t hold & only one the headset charges. I called Best Buy. They said I should take it to the store. I was busy, I went to the store a couple weeks later, they told me to contact Samsung. It is the worst customer service experience:(

My wife loves them so far and uses them every day. Have a pair as well

The incoming sound is not very good and I experienced discomfort while wearing them. Also, I had difficulty getting that the volume to increase.

These are great. It is my sons favorite. I like that you can track them.

Delivery was on time the bugs work great the money was well speand it.

When I opened it, it came with only a few ear silicone plugs (only two and both different) the battery drained really quick. I think is just because they didn't "certified" properly, but sound quality and comfort while using it were there. I'm just thinking if the non Refurbished is worth it.
