Purchased refurbished ones, they were not cleaned prior to reselling. Not cool, especially during a pandemic.

Listen to dankpods when it comes to the beans. They sound bad, fit bad, and function bad. They are sharp and distant sounding and the touch controls are often infuriating. The case is nice though.

I was nervous ordering refurbished headphones. But i was pleasantly surprised when i received my headphones. I had additional ear covers. And they were in great condition.

Does not have as wide a range of sound as my other Ear buds

I have numerous different buds and I do like these ones, though they slip loose and i occasionally have to push them back in the ear. I think Samsung could have done a better job with the noise cancellation. I would recommended them, I have my other Samsung Original Galaxy buds on standby.

Sound quality is ok, reliable with this price. Recomended

Not to bad for the price that i paid for the item.

1) Missing parts. Bought refurbished and, really BestBuy, you need to get your act together. Selling products with missing parts is not ok. 2) Size and fitting. Leaving aside the missing parts issue, the whole thing about these earphones comes down to size and fitting. If you happen to have small ears, these may be for you. If you are like me and have big ears, well, you are out of luck. There is now way to have these fitting right and the sound and noise cancelling are just crap. 3) I still would have kept these if they were any good for Teams/Zoom calls. but alas the mic was barely picking any sound after being very careful about fitting them in such a way that all mic were properly exposed. Really, they came dead last in a pitiful way against Sony WH-1000XM3, Logitech C922 webcam, Galaxy Buds (1st gen). So, if you have small ears and want to try, go for it. They may work for you. Fortunately, it's easy to return thing in BestBuy. However, if you have big ears, forget about these and look elsewhere.

I love my new earbuds..they make cleaning house fun because it drowns out all the noise and all i can hear is the load music that keeps me going...so happy with my purchase..

They keep falling off my ear design has flaws. Beats are better

I bought these for my girlfriend and she usually will not wear earbuds at all and she uses them everyday and says they are great so that makes them worth it!

One of the worst designs for Samsung. These headphones only really work for a certain size of ear. I don't recommend you run with them because they WILL pop out. The seal with your ear is hit or miss so the audio quality will vary drastically. Adjusting the headphones will always result in your headphones pausing or skipping.
