Super comfortable to wear, i will admit they were a bit odd to put on in the begining and most people think i have a hearing aid on but once i figured it out i dont even feel them. They have great sound quality the only issue i have is i wish the charging case would notify me it needs to be charged and maybe vibrate or something to notify me that it is charging. Also would love if there was a find charging case because they have a find ear bud incase you lose 1 outside the case but i feel like most people atleast myself would be prone to losing the entire case..

I thought it was pretty good audio when they were working, though. The fit sometimes hurt, but I liked the audio. It's really hard to clean too.

They were glitchy on phone calls but worked great on listening to podcasts. Replaced for more money the new ones and have had no problems with new Buds Live True Wireless.

I wish to return for a refund or new pair but sadly realized that the window to return these geek squad certified earbuds is 15 days. Now stuck with them :(
