First time I tried, i was unable to fit in my ears. Then I watched so many youtubes videos to fit this thing in my ears but I could not. The design has a big flaw which makes it very uncomfortable in ears. I used for 15-20 mins and my ears were crying. I had to return it. Sometimes companies try to make a simple thing very complex just to look different and that is why they fail. Not recommended.

I put them on, literally pushing them in. My ears where in so much pain as if i was beat with a baseball bat and my ear canal was red, itchy and swollen. You need to make them smaller for smaller ears. Other than that, they are great!

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Live come with small and large wingtips that you can swap out for a more secure fit. You could even use different sizes for each ear. Comfortable, but just didn't work well

Noise canceling mode doesn't seem to make a difference. Also constantly sounded like I was breaking up to people I was talking to on the phone.

Samsung budz live with IPhone 12 pro

Connection is weak having my phone in my pocket. I gave the refurbished budz a shot but I’m not liking them so far
