These arrived with dirty and soiled ear bud gaskets. When I finally had a chance to talk to BESTBUY about getting replacements for them they said I had to buy them because it was more than 15 days since receipt. I travel for a living and didn't even have a chance to open them for more than 15 days. BESTBUYS RESPONSE, too bad!!!

Super cute..love the color and small. Cons. They didn't stay charge longer than 2hours They didn't stay in my ear The volume was super low. I wouldn't buy again. Took them about within a week and bought the pros brand new and they have been great.
