good product i would recommended this to my family and friends.

They took 3 weeks to arrive. Sound quality not as clear. Good price for the refurbished ones.

***** AVOID THIS TO BUY****** Very bad packaging . Harvey wear and tear on the device and so sad that Best Buy is selling such a product. I don’t a doubt on Samsung Buds but the way how Best Buy packaged and delivered to me is very bad. I don’t encourage anyone to buy this product. Please avoid buying this

Not worth the hassle. Better get something affordable and new. Skip a song? How about we rewind your current song. Rewind your current song? How about we skip it? The touch features on this product are awful. Fix. It.

overall good but case charge every day not good. atleast req two day charge battery

Works well, the shape takes a while to get used to. I don't think the fit will work for everyone.

Bought these for my granddaughters birthday! She loves them! My only issue was I did buy returned from the warehouse and they were slightly dirty; I cleaned them no problem

I bought 2 of these refurbished: bronze and black: The bronze condition was pretty bad, the box for the usb cable was torn up, the case have a big dent on it like it was dropped pretty badly, the box it came in looks quite dirty. The black one is in a little bit better shape. The box still dirty. However, I cannot get it to connect to my computer. I ended up returning both the same day I got them. I ended up buying a new one that is currently on sale in store. So be prepare to get a bad condition item through Geek Squad Certified Refurbished. I am not sure if I am confident enough to buy from this program again.

Did not have the rubbers, i had to buy a set in order to use them. Refurbished means in full working order, that was not the case with these. Best buy needs to have some sort of QA department checking these refurbished items to verify all necessary parts are there.

Haven't gotten to use much yet, but really enjoy samsung products and sure these are great as well.

Great sound but does hurt my ear. However not bad for the price

I am a big Samsung fan. I have been since the Samsung Vibrant came out. These headphones, while they sound ok at first keep having connection issues that ruin watching anything. Complete utter trash. I got the Samsung Bud Plus, Live, and Pro. ALL HAVE THE SAME CONNECTIVITY ISSUES. Not worth it. I really wanted to like Samsung headphones but they are trash.

Product works fine! Box was dirty. But the earbuds and case were clean.

These were refurb and sounded muffled conpared to non refurb, big fail on geek squad quality control.

very hard to use (they do not fed me). they came off very easy from my ears . I returned to the store.

Really like these buds completely wireless and noise cancelling, only downside for me is getting the earbuds to sit properly in my ear and can begin to irritate the ear after serveral hours of use

don't fit like I intended more music listened to on the sofa, okay try.

The worst earbuds I have encountered; sticks like a globe in the ear and is painful.

I am never going to buy a refurbished product. I thought some basic cleaning would have been done . It was very dirty inside the case, there was no cable or user manual inside. One of the buds stopped working. I am returning it.
