I used the earphones daily love the way they feel the battery life its really good.

I bought this refurbished about a year ago and they are still going strong. Battery life is great and I use them mostly for the gym and they are great blocking all noise around. They are not the quality of the airpods for phone quality but for music they are great and way more affordable. Also, I dropped both headphones and case in the bathtub and fished them out within seconds maybe a minute and that did not affect them at all. Dried them up and used them right away. Interface with the phone is great as well. Will recommend them.

Received these buds in excellent condition. The sound is dynamic and full with excellent bass. I use them with my Galaxy s10e phone and all Samsung features work flawlessly. The number one reason I bought these is the open ear design. I don't like in-canal earbuds, which for me cause terrible occlusion effect when I run. The drawback to the open ear design is reduced noise cancelling performance. ANC on the Live Buds merely improves the audio, but does little to reduce screaming kids or lawn mower noise. While running, I never feel that they are going to fall out. These may not fit everyone, but for me they are the best ever as there are no other alternatives with this design.

this earbuds are good. the sound are good and last about 5hrs. while the anc is useless didn't really stop sounds but I know it because their open ear not in earphones. the magnets to hold the buds are weak so you have to be careful not to lose them. But with the couple of flaws I would still buy these again.

Best earbuds I've ever used. I was very, very worried about the shape of these things. I hesitated to purchase these for months and when I finally did, I realized I should have bought them sooner. These buds insert into the opening of your ear but don't go into your ear canal. Which is awesome because that = ZERO ear fatigue. It feels like these things are just floating in my ears. The bass is SO loud how did they even manage to do that for an earbud that doesn't go into your ear canal. ANC is crap because of that though, let me tell you. It does NOT work but I dont even care because they're so loud and amazing. Seriously, buy these.

First time I received the "item" it ended up being a box full of laminate folder inserts? Like a ridiculous amount of them. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. Had me send back the first box and thwn shipped out a replacement pair of earbuds. The product itself works GREAT. Refurbished but works like it's brand new. My ear canals are smaller than average so I can't wear earbuds that need to be inserted into the ear canals. These are just cradled in the ear and actually stay put. Highly reccomend these earbuds for people with similar issues.

This was one upgrade from the first galaxy buds and I have really enjoyed. Them to my surprised the design really keeps them in your ear. The noise cancelling is not what expected hence why not the 5 stars but it is still decent. Sound quality is superb and the charge last for my long rides on the bike for 3 hours and there is still juice in them.

These earbuds fit really well and the Samsung user interface makes them easy to use. The sound quality is good but not great. The battery life is also good. The sound level only goes up so high, so they aren't overy loud.

Great quality and sound. All of these earbuds fall out of my ears so i cant complain about these but they had a better fit than the normal galaxy buds. Feel brand new too. Would not be able to tell that it's pre owned.

Very good headsets, nice fit inside the ear, I like that there's no attachments that go inside your ear, sound is not bad at all, good base. Battery life about 4-6 hours.

Love to sound quality of these headphones. It's small and compact but very stylish. Unlike other headphones these are really comfortable and don't fall out when exercising.

Works as advertised, had to order some additional ear pieces as the ones provided didn't fit correctly. They are cheap though 10 different sizes for less than $10. Hold a charge well. Sounds great, easy to pair with my Samsung 10e phone. Would buy refurbished to save money again.

So, the case and earbuds look nice, sleek, and new despite being refurbished. The sound is absolutely fantastic. But, that's really all the compliments I have for this product. Here's the nitty gritty. The noise canceling is better than expected for a set of earbuds that are essentially mini speakers. Compared to other noise-canceling headphones though, these are mediocre. You have to use the companion app for customizing your sound settings, touch shortcuts, and general setup/introduction, which I'm not a fan of. I'd say these earbuds are not for the plug-and-play folks. The physical fit of the earbuds leaves much to be desired. It's a one-size-fits-all kind of deal really, and the variability of people's outer ear shapes and sizes makes these unsuitable for more people than Samsung probably thought. Samsung provides small and large wingtips to try to give you a snugger fit with the upper part of the earbud, but I found neither were an adequate size to keep the upper part of the earbud secure in my ear. Since they couldn't stay firmly secured, an earbud consistently fell out of my ear if I bent down. This may not be the case for everyone, however. When I looked up reviews of the the Galaxy Buds Live, a number of people mentioned how the earbuds made their ears hurt. I thought it was maybe because their ears were on the smaller side, while my ears are on the larger end. Lo and behold, I have the same issue. How the buds rest in my outer ear, despite not being snug enough for the upper end to stay put, placed pressure on parts of my ear that normally don't get pressed on. Namely, the earbuds made the antitragus and concha of my ears hurt (look up "outer ear labeled" on google images to get a better idea) after a couple of hours of wear. If you were looking at these earbuds as an option for your sensitive ears, look elsewhere. Bluetooth connection range wasn't the greatest. The earbuds would go out of sync and would sound like one was echoing the other if I went into the kitchen, which is roughly 20 feet away. Well within the reported bluetooth range. I have a pair of over-ear headphones with a similar bluetooth range and they sound fine at the same distance. Finally, my biggest issue with my order was that there were missing parts. Brand new Galaxy Buds Live come with 2 set of wingtips, small and large. My order came with only the small wingtips. It was not specified at any time on the product listing or during the checkout that only one set was coming with the earbuds. They're Geek Squad certified, meaning they've been checked by Best Buy. I contacted Best Buy customer service about the large wingtips missing not only because they should have come in my order but also because I thought it would help with the fit problem. Best Buy sent me a whole replacement order rather than just the missing large tips. Great! I got the order in today. These earbuds came with large tips but are missing the small tips. Who the heck ever wants only 95% of their order? TLDR: Pros: the sound, good mics, the sleek look, Best Buy customer service Cons: didn't come with the correct number of wingtips, Geek Squad certified doesn't mean they thoroughly check the product for all the parts, ear pain, loose fit even with wingtips, spotty bluetooth range
