Whoever refurbished this item needs better supervision. The box did not include the set of wingtips which is an essential item. Will see if Samsung will send them to me; if not these will be going back. I tried using them without the wingtips, the sound was just OK and the fit was a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps the wingtips will help this.

Bought these as a gift for my husband and he loved them! Only thing he mentioned was the battery life not lasting very long.

These earbuds sound amazing. These are great for use in the office. The sound is clear for phone use. Running or active use outdoors can be challenging to keep in the ear. When you try to push them back into place, you pause the music, even with gloves on.

Bought the open box as its a better deal and I'm glad I did as I cant tell the difference.

Works perfectly. The box was taped together with masking tape, but all components were in the box, and they work perfectly.

Bought refurbished worked good to one poped off and was not able to find it.

Got these refurbished at a feaction of tge price and glad i did... these are great! The set up to my Samsung Note 9 was seamless and tge interface to make adjustments is easy to use. Glad I got these!

After reading reviews and watching unboxing's and video reviews people were overwhelmingly positive about the product. I don't use these all day for talking or even music but, I do use them to isolate and concentrate and it is almost impossible to do that when they never sit correctly or comfortably in the ears (no i don't have altered/damaged ears) and I didn't want to believe it but my beats buds from 3 years ago are better at isolating sound (not one of the specs but still cancels out a large amount of background noise). Like I can put these up at full volume, I can change playback to be boosted through EQ and still these have underwhelming sound and performance. I truly wanted to believe there would be a sincere difference in overall functionality but, alas the $19.99 from tiqtoc are probably just as good. Time to just get the airpod pros and be done with this...
