Great product! Liked: - small, lightweight (same goes for case) - color - fit (although weird at first) - sound customization Dislikes - ANC (could hear the vacuum while I had this mode activated) - didn’t come with the extra pair of bigger ese tips.

Great sound upgrade from the buds+, bass hits nice. Case is super small. The auto switch from anc to ambient sound works well when I talk. Fit is OK bud a definite downgrade from the buds+. The fin is definitely missed don't pick these up if you want a hard run or something, but for casual use fit is fine. You will hit the touch button when you adjust the bud which is annoying

I first purchased a pear of Black buds and absolutely fell in love with them. So much so I bought a second pair just for backup and travel.. The unique fit in the ear they give has been one of my favorite aspects. They don't fall out or hurt after hours of use like many other wireless "bud" style earphones out there. The sound quality is great, being very crisp and with great bass for their size. The call quality is great too, peoples voices are good and clear and yoy.dont sound like you're on speaker when talking to someone. The noise canceling is pretty good for a bud that doesn't go in the ear. The battery life is INCREDIBLE. Charging both the case and the buds once will easily give you multiple days of use before needing to charge them again. Overall a great purchase and highly recommended.

I have had and been using for 2 weeks. They came in the original package (had been opened - as expected with refurbished) and in like new condition. There was no wear on the case or earbuds. This is my first pair of truly wireless ear buds and I am not disappointed. I haven't put the noise cancellation to the test yet, but the sound quality is good and the microphone has not gotten any complaints. They connect to my S21 seamlessly and I like that the case % battery and bud % battery display on my phone when I open the case. No guessing on how much battery time is left. I enjoy the fit and how these fit in the ear. I have smaller ear opening that struggle with traditional buds and these are held firmly in place and I don't worry about them falling out. I have enjoyed these buds so far.

Based on the price you pay, its a good airpod. Good quality sound. If youre looking for perfect noise canceling, this is not perfect. Very easy to use and fit in your ears well. I still highly recommended it.

These earphones are a game-changer! The sound quality is exceptional, with clear highs and deep bass. They fit comfortably in my ears and stay in place even during workouts. The noise cancellation feature is impressive, blocking out all external noise. They are also durable and have a long battery life. Highly recommended!

Great sound but the not supreme or premium type like the M2 and QC. Great for workout and doesn't fall out of my ear. There's one flaw that sometimes it lost connection for a couple of seconds and sound like a cassette tape that got tangled up. But i don't mind and it doesn't happen all the time and I love the color, size and smooth sound. Only likely recommend.

Love these headphones! Exactly what I had hoped for. They fot comfortably in my ears. The active noise canceling removes low tones, but does not tune out people talking. If you are looking for canceling all noise out, then these aren't for you. I wanted a pair that allowed me to easily perform hands free activities, but still be able to have a conversation with someone if they were in my ear. They work great and have fantastic battery life for my 2 hour periods of use at a time. They can wirelessly charge in when in the case to keep it all charged up for the day. Also, I got a refurbished set for half the cost of buying it brand new and have absolutely no complaints!

These Buds are solid... they're comfortable in my ears and sound great even at low volumes. Noise cancelling sucks and drains battery so it's pointless to enable. Just having them in your ear with music at a moderate level is noise cancelling enough. When I turn the music down or off I can casually talk without taken them out. They're not intrusive and I don't look an alien with stems growing out of my ears like some buds. I was worried they'd fall out of my ears, they do not even when I'm sweeting.

The box is pretty beaten up. Original Samsung Buds Live come with two sets of tips of different size. The Geek Squad Certified Refurbished only come with one sets. The overall condition of the buds look okay. No significant wearing, and they work great. No multi device connection, but on ear wearing is comfortable.

I thought these were the best earbuds I had ever owned until one day they wouldn't pair. Prior to this they worked great. The battery lasted longer than my old previous version. Things Iiked about this product: noise canceling, easy to enter and keep in ear, sleek color and easy to learn to use.

They sound pretty good, price isnt the worst out there, but no noice cancelling, which was expected. They fit really well, but the touch actions lack in comparison to the regular buds.

Initially I noticed that these Buds were prone for connectivity issues compared to the ones that were much bulkier and/or with antenna sticking out of the ear. But, with these Buds it's a pure convenience, you can literally forget you're wearing them. Change t-shirt or tight neck sweater - no problem. No need to push it down into ear canal either. Sound quality is good, and by adjusting position by pulling them a bit out of the ear, connectivity drastically improves

I absolutely love the comfort of how the sit in the ear lobe, no matter how much I move they dont fall out. Sound very clear, right amount of bass, and noise reduction is a 10! I definitely recommend these if you're tired of headphones falling out your ear, these contour to ears perfectly

These are almost perfect. Samsung nailed the design but still missing some features. The good: the Bean shaped buds can sit completely within my ears and made it possible to rest on a pillow with these on. The sound quality is surprising good for open ear design. The bad: for non Samsung phones you can only use SBC or AAC which are lower quality and has huge latency when watching a video or playing games. The ANC actually work well with a good seal but it's limited to only canceling low frequency and I believe they could had added adjustable ANC levels but they wanted these to be mediocre so that they have a reason to sell the buds pro a few months later.

Best earbud for ambience and sound quality. Hesitated after reading some reviews; however, after trying the sound quality was excellent. Need to make sure you get a good fit for a good sound quality; take your time to fit. If you don't fit it well, you will get poor bass. Mic sound is excellent too. Battery life is excellent, I can use it for days between charges. Refurbished came in excellent condition. This is now my favorite earbud.

The ever polarizing Samsung "beans". Most people either love em or hate em, but whatever you think of the design there is no denying the fact that these are still some of the finest buds on the market. The unique shape and style of these buds represent the only legitimate attempt to try something different from the rest of the market. This has led to some benefits and drawbacks which may or may not suit your needs. The biggest and most obvious design difference is that these buds don't actually go into your ears at all. That funky bean is meant to allow the buds to sit securely just outside the ear canal a fit that some may find odd but personally I feel is by far the most comfortable I have experienced. The trade off here is a sound profile that also provides a unique experience. By sitting just outside the ear canal the sound is much more open with a far more spacious feel as opposed to the more boxy internalized sounds of traditional in ear buds. This means that you will not get the boominess of traditional ear buds and may not be fit for some critical listening situations. This by no means implies that these buds lack sound quality just that the sound different. More than anything else these buds are super comfy. You can wear these all day and just about anywhere without getting ear fatigue and hot, sweaty ears but again at the cost of noise cancelling capabilities which are basically non existant despite being touted by Samsung. In the end these buds are great for daily, all purpose use though maybe not the best sounding the are by far the most comfortable.

I gave them as a gift to my niece and she had thank me like 5 times since I gave them to her :) She says they were very easy to figure it out and that she uses them all the time. She takes them to the gym and they stay in place. She wears them when she's baking and she says they last a long time on and the sound is great. She loves them and used them all the time. She told me it's the item she didn't know she needed it .
