Refurb Disappointment

However, upon moving from wifi signal while sending from my Samsung Galaxy Phone(A71 5G) audio signal, or Bluetooth reception becomes terrible. Ear Bud on left just stops.

Took some time to get use to bean buds as they feel like they will be falling out but they do not and block out sound purfectly.

Okay earbuds

If you have smaller ears they won't fit, the fall a lot when you bend over. The battery life is decent. You cannot locate the case if it is not open so if you lose it you will be hunting for it.

The box did not include the set of wingtips which is an essential item. Will see if Samsung will send them to me; if not these will be going back. I tried using them without the wingtips, the sound was just OK and the fit was a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps the wingtips will help this.

They also just sit in the ear cradle and if you move your head to much they fall out
