Very good product, even that is refurbished the performance is very good

They are ok .first off you have get adjusted to your ear so you can hear. The volume is not loud enough. It doesn't have stereo sound.

This is a solid pass. I had the original buds and went for what I thought would be a solid update. I was mistaken. The only noticeable improvement is the far less signal drops when using the headsets with a phone. This headset is not comfortable unless you get them in perfectly. The sound quality is not the best at all. The major draw back is the battery life. My old buds will easily last a day without having to be charged especially when just wearing them idle (not playing music). This headset easily needs charging every 2-3 hours even when not actively listening to music. For the price there are so many other options with far better quality and sound.

They are good quality ear buds with some of the best noise canceling technology I have experienced. But they do take some getting use to.

I absolutely Love it. unfortunately lost one of the buds, but the other one still works (I guess they both have microphone in them)

These buds are great for certain things. If these are the only buds you have, they're not great. If they're a supplement, they're great.

If you're gifting to a frugal person purchase these buds. I promise the recipient wouldn't know they were refurbished. The buds came in the original box which I was shocked! Now, I can't have conversations with them because they're always jamming to music. Thank you Best Buy!
