Noise cancelling is nearly worthless and they pick up every sound within a 5 mile radius making them terrible for any calls in a busy environment. Sound quality is fine, and they're comfortable. Software is also great if you have a Galaxy product.

I really, really wanted to live the Buds Live Wireless earbuds; however, after using them for about 2 weeks, I just cannot recommend them. To Samsung's credit, I believe it's more of an issue with my own ear anatomy: my ears are simply too small to accomodate these earbuds and they hurt terribly after about 15 minutes. I made sure to watch Samsung's How-to videos on placement to ensure that it was not user error. Aside from fit, these earbuds sound fantastic. I compared them to the series 1 Apple Airpods and the sound quality is far superior from Samsung. I was also impressed how well these earbuds synced with Apple devices. I had no issues with paring and the 'tap' commands on the external side of the earbuds worked very well. Overall, I'm heartbroken. I wholeheartedly recommended these earbuds for someone with larger ears; however, smaller earred people are out of luck.

Sound level is high, quality can start to diminish at higher volume. Noise cancelation is pretty good. When you're taking a call, it can intermittently sound like you're underwater and sometimes can keep the other person from hearing you for a few seconds at a time.

They sound really nice! My only complaint is that they do feel uncomfortable when worn for a long period of time. It could be the shape of my ears Idk.

For a product that boasts having 3 mics in each earbud the mic is unusable on laptop and phone. Everyone complains about the quality. Fast bluetooth connectivity. They are comfortable and never feel like they're going to fall out. They look nice. I like the sound quality. I like having the option to turn off touch controls individually and the app allows me to make it beep so I can find it quickly if i misplace them.

Love these only thing they fit somewhat lose as if they'll fall out your ears maybe its a personal problem ears size idk but sound its superb excellent quality

I purchased the the Galaxy Bud Live True Wireless headsets and I LOVE them. The bean design fits perfectly in my ear and the battery life is amazing.

Even though FedEx had delayed delivery problem, the product was good. It was clean and functioning well - excellent design and sound quality.

For the price ($59 for refirbs) these samsung "Beans" (Live Buds) cannot be "Beats". I enjoy the natural sound of music, do no need artfically increased levels of base. These buds offer you twinkling highs all the way down to natural lows The sound of these buds are so pure and natural and light you can forget you have on. The sound is almost as if you are sitting at a live performance when you've learned how to insert them onto your ears, which can be tricky, but after watching the tutorial (30 seconds) on the Samsung Wearable App, its pretty easy now.

First & foremost they are diffrent from all other in ears I've tried they won't work for everyone because of how the beans as I like to call them are rigid so they may hurt people with small ears & not fit giant ears correctly either.. these are fantastic sounding talk to text picks up everything as well noise canceling is cool. They're easy to use as well. The charging case is small so it fits easily in a pocket. They can also be charged wirelessly with certain Samsung phones. Great product & sound but pricey h fit a narrow range of people correctly.

Bass response is noticeably improved over the Samsung Galaxy Buds that I had been using. My concerns over fit and comfort were quickly dispelled upon insertion. These bean shaped buds are light, comfortable, and stay put without much effort. The deal I received on my purchase of a pair of REFURBISHED earbuds made this purchase a no brainer. They are for all intents and purposes in "new" condition with no scratches or blemishes to be seen. Battery life is as advertised and functionality of the device including call and music audio quality is unimpeded.
