Product itself is awesome, so mich I bought my wife the same too, can't beat the price. It would have earned 5 stars, pay close attention to this next line, however both prs only come with 1 set of cushions, if they don't fit you will need to purchase separately.

Love these so much they way the fit in my ear was weird at first but now they are amazing first time buying a galaxy anything outside of a galaxy phone and was super pleased

but fit is a challenge. Also range from source is good. The reason i see fit as a challenge is the left ear bud does not sit secure in the ear. Maybe there's something unusual with my ear but sometimes while biking the left ear bud comes loose and I have to reset it or it will pop out. Ive tried changing the size of the insert both larger and smaller but it still happens. Other than this i find them to be great. Would purchase again.

This product work as if it were brand new even though it is a refurbished item. The pricing for this product was also excellent. However, the packaging was sloppy. I understand that the item has been used, but at the very least package it as if you’re trying to resell it.
