Pairs great with my samsung s20 phone...need more distance when you walk away from your phone though.

Love the fit, simplicity fast charging features. However, upon moving from wifi signal while sending from my Samsung Galaxy Phone(A71 5G) audio signal, or Bluetooth reception becomes terrible. Ear Bud on left just stops.

I think my ears are to big but I like that I don't have to smash the bud into my ear canal. It's a keeper

These earbuds are wonderful. Perfect connection and sound I recommend to anyone who owns samsung products

Odd fitting at first. It's somewhat difficult to learn how to tap the ear piece to change settings etc.

Sound good but they arrived dirty and with scratches all over the case.

These were bought refurbished and they worked great for about six months then the left stopped working. They also just sit in the ear cradle and if you move your head to much they fall out

Upgraded from the regular bud2. Good product and sound. Took some time to get use to bean buds as they feel like they will be falling out but they do not and block out sound purfectly.

Not bad priced for a refurbished item. Gets the job done.

Lost my left side in vegas last time i was there and just know that I liked the form factor enough that I decided to just replace the set.

These earbuds worked wonderfully… why by retail when you could save on refurbished items.

Liked the sound, but hated the fit. Never felt secure in my ears.

The worst merchandise I ever received from Best Buy... 1) The packaging ( original box)was taped with brown tape 2) No ear pieces 3) Definitely not for small ears I understand refurbished... I Definitely purchased refurbished before from Best buy but those should've been shipped out to anyone 3) Returned with no issue on same day within 2hrs of delivery ** The C/S reps was just as shocked as I was when they seen those ear buds!!!!

I like these Galaxy Buds so much,it's sounds so great, I going to recommend it to all my friends.

I like them but the issue is they are not customizable to your ears. If you have smaller ears they won't fit, the fall a lot when you bend over. The battery life is decent. You cannot locate the case if it is not open so if you lose it you will be hunting for it.
