    I like these earbuds. This was bought as a second pair to have an extra. I wish they had included extra sizes of the earpiece cover to change the size to fit in my ear better. Work well even as a reconditioned model.

    I bought these from the best buy outlet sale. I shouldn't have. I had to order the rubbing things because they weren't included. No information which isn't a big deal but it's still nice to have.

    Headphone case didn't charge if it was plugged in. It only worked when I put it on a wireless charger and none of the lights worked on it. Only one headphone would charge and the other one was DOA. Stay away from GSC.

    Extremely poor Bluetooth causes buds to become unusable outdoors. Have returned twice to Samsung and replacements have exact same issue. If you plan to use outdoors, do not buy. (indoors for whatever reason is great)

    There a reason they were cheaper. They didn’t hold a charge. They never made it to 4 hours. I returned them and bought new ones because aside from the listening time these rock!! Just wish they were water proof!
