They were in poor condition with superficial marks and also one earbud doesn’t work. Was giving it as a gift but the return period ended before I could get feedback from the person that they don’t work.

They hurt my ears when they are in to long. I would not purchase again

I like the earbuds overall. The sound is very clear and they are great for calls. The issue i have is they never feel secure in my ears and one has fallen out several times.

My son is really in love with him but after a couple of months he started complaining that one of them sounds better than the other but so far they’re still working

I purchased these for my laptop since I’m on several video calls each week. They work great and are barely visible so it’s not a distraction to others.

I'm just wondering how in the heck do they expect these things to stay in your ear if your moving around? When I am sitting still at my computer working, these earbuds are perfect. When I tried to listen to music while washing dishes, the earbuds kept falling out my ears and into the sink.

The sound quality was great but eventually, the left audio went out. Not sure if it's just me but the left earbud causes pain in my ear after a few minutes of use. I only use the right side as a result.

The case looked damage i didnt experience this the last time i bought a refurbished product. This one looked freshly used.

I returned these right away... I could not get them to stay put in my ears. How do people use this. I would speak on the clarity but again I cannot because I was unable to get the earbuds to stay in my ears. What a shame. I was looking forward to using them.
