I L<3VE these earbuds! Keeping previous reviewers' advice in mind, I anticipated ugly, sticky and/or subpar packaging, gunk on the earbuds, etc when I sought out my pair of refurbished earbuds and it was all true. Apparently, they examine them in some warehouse for functioning before sending them to Best Buy. So I ordered a pair, rejected them because they appeared roughly handled - then ultimately kept the cleanest least-handled looking pair out of the 3 different sets. I initially thought the sound was terrible, and wanted to return that pair also because the app is really basic and did little to help. However, I googled Samsung earbud placement, learned how to place this type of bean pod in my ears correctly and the terrible audio I thought the buds were delivering sounded significantly better. Overall, good value REFURBISHED at $69.99, fair price BRAND NEW for $99.99, overpriced at original price of $169.99. Great color, decent audio, comfy fit! My favorite pair. Really it's more like 4.5 STARS. Nice work Samsung!

I'm happy with these earphones. Sound is nice, but like most ear buds, if you have piercings it doesn't work well. While I'm able to wear these earbuds, after an hour my ears do hurt- only because of my piercings. I did have to look up how to insert them in, once I figured that out, no issues.

the noise cancellation and sound quality for this price is absurd. The fact that they almost look new is astonishing considering they’re refurbished.

I had my doubts when it was refurbished but for the price, they work great. I enjoy listening to music with them and they sit in my ears good.

These are amazing !! The sound is clear and great quality. Awesome for the price. The Battery life is everything. I work 10 hour days and they last the entire shift without charge.

Love these earbuds there light work well. And feel comfortable in my ears.

I wish Samsung would bring back these earbuds ! They are the best and very comfortable. I really dislike the galaxy earbuds pros 2 fit they are very uncomfortable.

I was leary to purchase refurbished rather than new ear buds to replace the ones that were lost. I can not see any difference at all except a great price for the purchase.

Great ear buds that has a great sound. Very user friendly and I had no problem with them pairing to my Samsung phone. The color is beautiful as well.

As others have said, know what you're getting into with these, the open ear design means that they will never achieve full noise canceling. Overall these seem to work great for me. Note that if they don't fit perfectly in your ear, you can get free eartips by contacting samsung support. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the factory specs for the buds live say that they are supposed to come with two different sizes of wingtips, but mine only came with one size of wingtips.

I enjoy them more than airpods. They fit good in the ears. I don't have to keep readjusting them in my ear when im walking or working out. I did buy the product refurbished. They looked brand new!

The sound is great, little to no background noise. Plus it doesnt take long for tyem to charge.
