Moved up from the Galaxy Buds that I owned for a year. The sound quality of the Buds was great, but the Pros are beyond! They are a bit slicker than the old buds so you may have to be a bit more careful with your handling. The newer software has the same feel as the old software with more features as well. Highly recommended over the other Pro models out there, especially if you already have Samsung products in your stable of tech.

Only gave it 4 stars because I had to purchase the ear tips for them. Thought I saw they were included....not! Otherwise they work as described by Samsung.

they don't really compare to the buds plus. they sound great but nothing really keeps them in the ears, they fall out easily

I got these for my wife as she had some skull Candies i bought. She liked her Skull candy and they were good. The appeal here were they were refurb and cost 80 something. I had 30 in certs with Bestbuy and got for 50. I did not want to buy for full price and be disappointed. My wife loves them. I am thinking of trading out my Jabra for them as we are pro samsung and these sync very easily.

I was worried since they are refurbished, but they are working as good as if they came brand new, I do see people complaining about the earbuds, but mine came with new ones in a small box (I almost thought they didn't come with earbuds). They had the old earbuds removed. They work exactly the same.

Good sound, long battery life, sleek design, would definitely recommend.

I bought these as a replacement for my Buds+, that I lost in the airport. I'm getting use to them but still prefer the Buds+. These don't fit in my ears as comfortable plus they didn't have red at the time. But the sound is clear and crisp, and they definitely are noise canceling!!!

These are nice headphones for the discounted price. Perfect pair with any Samsung mobile phone with blietooth.

It was pretty great, the audio was great, the noise cancellation wasn’t the best but it wasn’t terrible.

The ear buds work like they should, however mine didn't come with the ear tips. You might have to buy replacements if you go refurbished.

Good Battery Life. Good quality sound. I enjoy it all day.

I bought these buds pro refurbished they sound good only bad thing is the charger cable came ripped a bit of exposure of the cable but for the price why not

I got the refurbished version of these headphones. Under $100 is definetely worth it, but i would never pay more than $100 for these. They have worked well with all of my devices and the official Samsung Wear App lets you control additional features (like ambient noise!). The ambient noise on samsung devices is quite useful, though I dont love the automatic mode. Ive only used it for about 2 weeks now. I do find that my left ear hurts, but ive noticed this trend with other buds, so I think it's just my ears.

Have to say these are my new travel buds. More comfortable than my old Galaxy Buds+. The active noise cancelation works quite well and the ambient mode has been a nice option as well. As expected, these work great with my Galaxy phone and they sound great in my ears. I did have to use the largest ear pad to get a good fit, but I have been extremely pleased so far.

These headphones take absolutely no effort to connect to your Samsung device. In fact, you get so much detail and control with them that it pushes you further into the Samsung ecosystem. That's where it ends for me. I think the headphones are way too expensive and should not be in the "pro" conversation. The sound quality is OK and the ANC is almost nonexistent. If you don't have a Samsung phone, please look elsewhere for value. You are overpaying for a product that should be in the below hundred dollar club.
