Good ear buds for the money. I would recommend getting these buds they are pro style and I enjoy listening to them.

They work well. Came in pristine condition with what looked like a new cable and new rubber ear pieces. Cant compare to other ear buds but I am satisfied with the performance of these. Sound cancelling is good but i work in loud conditions so it doesnt cancel everything. That is fine with me though.

Good earbuds for sitting around or walking. They sound good, and work well, as described in the documentation.

A bit irritating in the ear after long wear but I've never had great luck with these type of earbuds.

Earbuds have great sound but the fit isn't as good as other Samsung earbuds.

These buds are excellent to listen to music, books, and make phone calls. Sound is clear. My only complain is ear-tips are deficient. Buds tend to come out of my ears. It can be annoying. Besides that, sound and clear voice quality are evident.

I just have to say I like these earbuds. I have quite a few and I just keep returning to these. The comfort of these is a major plus. The features and app make these very entertaining. If only the bass and volume were bumped up by a few clickes there would be no competition. Over-all a great addition to my collection.

Tips were covered in ear wax from previous owner i can only assume and whoever did the refurbish didnt take time to open the box with them. The bud's themselves looked newer (no noticeable wear or tear. Upon internet hunting for replica tips i was informed there is no way to get the factory ones that came used. Those have a screen in the tip center the ones you find for sale silicone and foam do not. The sound when i tried tips that were not ones that were inc was not bad. Not noise canceling but decent sound esp for the $79.99 price tag. Now if the new one using the factory tips is better sound i would say it for me at least would be worth the $120 more also being able to purchase a replacement plan as these come with non accidental manufacturer replacement for 90 days after pick up and able to return after 15 days of purchase date.

So glad I finally bought a pair of ear buds. These work perfect with my note 20 plus. Noise canceling works perfect. And how it switches on voice detect to ambient sound is a phenomenal addition.

I expect less for a refurbished but this item came in a wonderful condition and it’s included all the accessories. Hard to pass on the price!

The earbuds are great, feel nice, but the shipping was awful took two weeks longer than expected.

Great product, refurbished has worked just fine. The last set was sent without the actual ear pieces so a little irritated. Review isn't based on the actual quality of the product but they're literally unusable till we get some of the ear pieces. Hoping someone from Best Buy will reach out.
