I carry my galaxy buds with me everywhere. These were purchased to replace my old ones that quit on me. The battery life is similar to those, but otherwise great.

Great sound quality, but mic does not work well for people on the other line - lots of complaints of outside noise.

If you are lucky and the included ear tips (3 sizes) happen to fit well your ears, these can offer great sound. If you have big ears, the large ear tip will be too small, and you’ll get very poor sound. Why 3 stars? Three reasons: --------------------------------------- 1. The ANC is very poor. It barely made any difference and would drain the battery much faster than without. 2. Switching ANC on and off makes an annoying notification sound that you can’t turn off. Very distracting while listening to music or watching movies. 3. Same thing with ambient sound: a stupid notification sound that is very annoying and can’t be turned off. 4. No XL ear tip. This is really cheap from Samsung. Lots of people have big ears like me. For the price, Samsung should include more options -in particular, XL tips. I don’t see why I have to pony up on top to get decent tips. 5. Finally, the sound is not much better than the Buds Plus. I spent about two hours comparing the Buds Pro to the Buds Plus and I could not justify the price difference. For that money, you better blow me away with the sound quality. But no, it didn't impress me. I tried four different ear tips from other brands. With one of them, the seal and reach was very good, and the sound was excellent. Unfortunately, those did not stay in the buds for much longer than 2 minutes before coming off so, in the end, I had to return them because of the poor fit.

These are simply GREAT! Refurbished? You couldn't convince me. These are like brand new and the sound is awesome! And they come with the Best Buy Touch: emloyees who are helpful, friendly, and know their stuff! You can always trust Best Buy!!!

My son loses his ear buds so buying the refurbished ones are best for him. He loves these. His on the Autism Spectrum and this is the first pair of ear buds he enjoys in his ears. He is a tech nerd and love the audio quality.

These are awesome I enjoying them everyday. They came to me on the time Best Buy said they would be here.

I've never found earbuds that fit this awkwardly. I'm an avid user of Samsung products, but these were just a disappointment. The noise canceling was pretty good, but in a quiet room you can hear the buds whirring in your ears. The buds + so far are the best I've found, and the Pro are not worth the extra money.

There are plenty of earbuds available on the market, but these have really separated themselves from the rest. Active noise cancelling is comparable to my Bose QC35s, and the ability to program each earpiece's extended touch function separately is fantastic. Great product

I bought these as refurbished. They came with new silicon ear pieces, case and charging cable. The quality and sound Samsung give is great. I recommend these to anyone looking for a great bug.

These sound great and have one of the best microphones on the market. Negative is because they fall out easy and they move around and get the mic blocked. This is with the biggest bud size. Only get if 50-80 dollars.

To be honest i work in a factory and the sound is very good for me but calls are tricky people can hear me but they also hear the background noise and theyre tricky to keep in but once you findthe fight spot your good

Mixed emotions here. For the price paid these were in excellent condition... except definitely some earwax on rhe tips. No scuffs or scratches though and they seem to work great. For the price, this is a great deal but just dont expect squeaky clean... Sound quality isnt top notch but again for the refurbished price they are awesome

Ear buds are good and decent for the price. Ergonimic design. Have Noise cancellation. truly wireless
