Great ear buds.. love them!! Really good quality and never had an issue with them

Pretty decent. Haven't had any issues so far. If I had to complain about something it's that they do come loose during workouts.

These buds pro have truly pro sound. The mic picks up voice clearly. One thing I wish they have is a wing tip to hold more firmly in ear.

They were just as good as the brand new ones I bought a week earlier. I will definitely buy Best Buy’s refurbished products again

Great sound quality as well as perfect sound isolation. Regardless of outside noise, if im on the phone speaking with someone they won't hear what is going on around me.

I had the standard galaxy buds. These pro buds have excellent sound with deep bass. Pairing to a phone was quick and simple

It's a great upgrade from my apple airpod. The sound cancelation is top notch i love it.

Sound quality is good and I would have given it 4 out of 5 stars but, These were Geek Squad certified earbuds and looked brand new but The medium size silicone tips were not on the earbuds when I open the package.. There was a smaller package underneath with small and large ear tips And none on the earbuds which should have been attached. These were a gift for my daughter on on my way into Canada. I spoke with customer service at Best Buy online And they told me to return them to a store and swap them out for another pair, Easy, but they will not swap out Geek Squad certified earbuds so they would have to be returned and another pair sent. Next issue is I would have to ship them to canada when I returned to Florida and My daughter would have to pay duty. When I stopped in at a Best Buy in Canada and the US Neither stores could help me because because of the certified referb and would not give me the medium tips or swap them out for a new pair. Very disappointedAt this purchase And online customer service, Also I check the reviews after this issue and found there were several other people that had the same issue I did and We're missing the medium tips.

Such a great value so few dollars. My geek squad refurreached samsung earbuds are the best.

I bought a pair of refurbished buds from Bestbuy.com and item came in quickly. Even though the price was low I was not impressed with the sound and fit. Bass is great but the vocals sound like they are coming from a tin can. Also, they are not comfortable at all. I have tried all 3 rubber pieces and none of them fit right. I have to wear them at a weird angle to be able to use them for an extended period of time. I am glad I got them refurbished for a fraction of the cost. If I had paid full price, I would have returned them.

The only thing I don't like about this headset is that it doesn't hold charge for a long time I understand you have the case that you can recharge it but it did say it's supposed to go up to 8 hours and I don't even get 4 hours from it before it goes dead.

Fit comfortable all day long. I use them for my 8-10 hr shift making calls constantly and they don't make my ear hurt. Super comfortable

Sound is great, but the fit could use some work. Ambient sound setting is fantastic but I can't get over how uncomfortable they are.
